warm bed, grabbed my camera and flung the door open open only to realise exactly what error I made.
The explosion of cold winter air hit me hard, mist welcomed me and I had been bare-feet. But that
afternoon, a brown-breasted woodpecker and a couple of Himalayan bulbul were chosen over heat. And
the quiet I got! I eventually got to meet Quaint at 7 Pines at Kasauli. A little further away from the
primary road, a twisting road took me through chir-pines and a lot of wild flowers and brought me into
