Volunteers<br />
Volunteers are a critical part of<br />
the New City Kids community.<br />
Whether its a Saturday spent<br />
reorganizing books and painting<br />
murals or a board meeting<br />
where policy is being set,<br />
generous people are pushing<br />
the mission forward through<br />
their time and talents. Regular<br />
volunteers also work alongside<br />
Teen Life Interns to tutor, teach<br />
music, and lead programs.<br />
Church Visits<br />
Church partners are able to<br />
connect in a unique and intimate<br />
way through teen-led church<br />
visits. High school students lead<br />
the congregation in interactive<br />
praise and worship, read<br />
scripture, and share testimonies<br />
of God’s faithfulness. New City<br />
Kids brings the joy that fills the<br />
After-school Center to renewing<br />
experiences at churches.
