TAKE LINK LIGHT RAIL<br />

Sound Transit’s Link light-rail system has 15 stops along<br />

its route from Angle Lake, south <strong>of</strong> Sea-Tac Airport to the<br />

University District. Light rail can connect you to a bus or<br />

the Monorail, which will take you directly to <strong>Seattle</strong> Center.<br />

CYCLE TO THE CENTER<br />

Ride your bike to the event, it’s free! <strong>Seattle</strong> Center is<br />

located between two major regional bike routes; it is<br />

accessible from the Myrtle Edwards Bike Trail (which<br />

connects Ballard to West <strong>Seattle</strong> and the Duwamish River<br />

Trail) and the Dexter Avenue Bike Trail (which connects<br />

downtown <strong>Seattle</strong> to Fremont, Wallingford, Green Lake<br />

and the Burke-Gilman Trail). The two-way bicycle path is<br />

open on the north side <strong>of</strong> Mercer Street between Dexter<br />

Avenue N and Fifth Avenue N. <strong>Seattle</strong> Center has bike<br />

BOARD A STREETCAR<br />

Running at 15-minute intervals, the streetcar runs from<br />

South Lake Union to downtown. Westlake connects to<br />

Sound Transit buses. The streetcar connects to Metro<br />

bus route 8, which goes to <strong>Seattle</strong> Center. For more<br />

Each day local chefs will perform cooking demonstrations <strong>of</strong> some <strong>of</strong><br />

their favorite dishes and guests will have the opportunity to get a copy<br />

<strong>of</strong> recipe to try at home! All demonstrations will be done on a fully<br />

equipped stage provided by <strong>Albert</strong> <strong>Lee</strong> <strong>Appliance</strong>. Thank you to Charlie’s<br />

MYSTERY INGREDIENT COOK–OFFS:<br />

Who will be named The <strong>Bite</strong> Cooks! Master? Local chefs will go headto-head<br />

in a mystery ingredient cook-<strong>of</strong>f! For the cook-<strong>of</strong>fs, chefs will<br />

be given 3 mystery ingredients, a small pantry <strong>of</strong> basic cooking staples<br />

and 30 minutes to make their dish. Then, it will be up to the audience to<br />

judge the chef’s final entrée to determine the winner!<br />
