Policies & Guidelines
We want to make the Adoration Candles Wholesale Program for Retailers as easy as
possible for everyone involved. Our policies are pretty simple and straightforward.
PERMITTED RETAILERS
Adoration Candles may be sold in gift shops, boutiques, florists, hospitals, churches and
retail stores. Every wholesale application is reviewed in detail to ensure the integrity and
character of Adoration Candles is never jeopardized.
EXCLUSIVITY
We review every potential client to ensure territories are never over saturated but also
ensure our products are easily accessible to consumers. We reserve the right to protect
zip codes and/or areas with active retail partners. Adoration Candles cannot guarantee
territory protection but will research proximity to existing customers with each new
inquiry to the best of our ability. As a general rule, we will allow ONE retailer for every
5,000 residents within a zip code. For example, if a zip code has 15,000 residents, we will
only permit up to THREE retailers within that zip code.
FREE ADVERTISING
As an added bonus for becoming one of our retailers, and at NO COST to you, we will
include your business name and location on our website to help assist consumers where
they can purchase Adoration Candles.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
There is a $200.00 Minimum Opening Order required to become a retailer of Adoration
Candles. Afterwards, there is NO MINIMUM requirement for reorders.
REMAINING ACTIVE
To remain active and territories to be protected, an order must be placed at least once
every 3 months with a minimum total for the year of $3,000.00. Partners with no account
activity over a 3-month period are subject to review and may be suspended or closed.
We also reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met.
PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Current processing time before your order ships is 5-7 business days. If a “RUSH” order is
required, a $50.00 Rush Fee will be added. A Shipping or Delivery fee will be added to
your order based on weight and location. There may be times we personally deliver
your order rather than using UPS or the USPS.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We do not accept returns. We will refund or replace a product that is defective or
broken in transit. Requests for replacement must be sent via email to
support@AdorationCandles.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged
materials may be requested for a refund or replacement to be processed.
