On June 24, a videophone facility is made available to serve costumers with concerns<br />
regarding their PLDT, Smart, Sun, and TNT accounts. It will be stationed in the DTI-FTEB’s<br />
Mediation Division and a customer care personnel from PLDT-SMART will be on standby to<br />
receive video calls from customers for faster resolution of their complaints.<br />
This service is aligned with the DTI’s mandate to provide information to consumers to<br />
facilitate sound choice and the proper exercise of their rights.
