Once the inactive tower has regenerated and reached an acceptable dewpoint level it will no longer use valuable air from the
compressor for drying purposes - at this time you are saving on purged air, meaning you are saving money.
The above example is based on a triplex HTM02-01 system (two compressors are back up) including GA-MED 18 compressors.
Typically a dryer uses between 15-20% of compressed air for drying out the saturated dryer tower. Up to 90% of this air can be
saved - the intelligent real time based counter will calculate your purge air savings.
As there are a number of variables with every mAIR system and site conditions there will be different payback periods ranging
