Jill Roberts believes that bricks-and-mortar plus human capital equals stronger neighborhoods.<br />
She helps folks fix up their fixer-uppers, build intergenerational wealth and turn potential liabilities<br />
into family assets. Jill runs Clarifi’s Healthy Rowhouse Project, and in tandem with the Philadelphia<br />
Redevelopment Authority (PRA) and two financial institutions, is offering low-interest loans<br />
available to homeowners who want to repair, restore and renew their city homes. “If it’s affordable<br />
and you’re in it, and you can fix it and keep it up, it’s the best place you can be,” says Jill. “We love<br />
the beautiful buildings in this city, and we love empowering the people who live in them.”
