<strong>Clarifi</strong> and Compass Working Capital go together like striving families and secure homes. It’s a<br />
perfect match. Kim Rogers manages our partnership with Compass to administer their unique<br />
Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) model. This program allows people living in subsidized housing<br />
to increase their income without penalizing them with an increast in rent. Instead, the difference<br />
between their new and old rent rate goes into an escrow account to build savings, fund education<br />
and purchase their own home. Kim says she was elated to bring this program to Philly. “Hope comes<br />
from a clear path toward your goals,” Kim says. “FSS puts you on that path and we walk with you. It’s<br />
not just professional advice, it’s personal encouragement.”
