All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate where applicable. First and second order must<br />
be paid in advance, with a good credit report from third party bank the account may apply for terms<br />
after the second order. Loco Lama reserves the right to deny terms for any reason.<br />
New orders will always be checked if there are any due invoices. If there is, the order will be put on hold.<br />
All product will be shield from the Netherlands, normally all stock item will take up 2 or 3 days<br />
for delivery. All backorders will ship when available.<br />
We do not accept returns without prior notification and a return authorization number. All shipping<br />
damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Actual colours may vary from<br />
the photographs in the catalogue.<br />
