Experienced house renovators Robey and Kelly Hilliard’s latest project – a threestorey
wreck of a home cut into the Sandgate hillside – has been a labour of
love for the couple, who wanted to preserve as much of the original building as
possible whilst transforming it into a contemporary coastal retreat
