.The Amagawa family ran a theater for<br />

travel<strong>in</strong>g actors at this location 130 years<br />

ago. Then <strong>in</strong> the early 1900’s they built a<br />

movie theater. The theater burned down <strong>in</strong><br />

the 1960’s and afterwards they made this<br />

<strong>restaurant</strong>.<br />

Owner: Mr Amagawa.<br />

He is the president of the equestrian club.<br />

They have two breeds of horses native to<br />

Japan, Kiso Uma and Washu Ba Kiso is the<br />

oldest breed of horse <strong>in</strong> Japan, now very<br />

rare, with less than 200 horses <strong>in</strong> existence.)<br />

On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm. If<br />

you are <strong>in</strong>terested <strong>in</strong> the equestrian club, Mr<br />

Amagawa can take you to the stables.

The Kobayashi family has been mak<strong>in</strong>g sushi for three generations.<br />

Takarazushi was orig<strong>in</strong>ally <strong>in</strong> the garden of the K<strong>in</strong>uya<br />

build<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

The owner Mr. Kobayashi has been mak<strong>in</strong>g sushi for 50<br />

years. His son, Toru does the lantern dance on the roof of<br />
