Kombucha: in America, life without it has almost become unthinkable, and it’s also
causing a stir in the UK. Kombucha is a fermented, carbonated tea drink that has
a positive effect on our gut health and general wellbeing.
We take a traditional approach when producing our kombucha – tea and cane sugar
are enriched with kombucha cultures to start the fermentation process, which takes
several weeks.
The sugar is converted into organic acids that are easy to digest and also give the
low-calorie, refreshing drink its unique fizzy flavour. Adding fresh, cold-pressed juices
creates a superbly tangy drink that gives you an uplifting, flavour-filled taste explosion
with every sip. Raw, unpasteurised and invigorating – because it does you good.
