We have great pleasure in submitting the report and the activities undertaken by<br />
Our Mandal, since the last AGM held on 23rd September 2018, till the date of this<br />
Notice i.e upto 19th September 2019.<br />
Membership: - The present strength of the Member’s of our Mandal is 817.<br />
Braj Tak – Soulful Speaker : This program was held by the Mandal on 7th October<br />
2018, at Bhaktivedanta Iskcon School Auditorium. This Life Changing Talk was very<br />
useful and appreciated by all. The event was followed by Dinner. This was sponsored<br />
by M/s. Partham Builders.<br />
Deepawali : Deepawali program was held at Celebration Club, Opp <strong>Lokhandwala</strong><br />
Garden, on 11TH November 2018. The Kawwali program was enjoyed and<br />
appreciated by all. On this occasion the meritorious children of our Mandal were<br />
felicitated by giving mementos & certificates of merit. This program was grand<br />
success and received over whelming response. The surprises gifts and delicious food<br />
was enjoyed by all. This program was attended by over 300 persons.<br />
Health Check-up : Our Mandal had tied up the complete Health Check up plan,<br />
with Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, at a discount up to 62%, for the Mandal’s<br />
Members, their relatives & friends. We are pleased to inform that the same is<br />
extended upto 31st October 2019.<br />
Medical Camp : On 6th January 2019 Our Mandal organised Medical Camp, at<br />
<strong>Lokhandwala</strong> Garden with the help of Lion Kartar Singh Hospital. This was a grand<br />
success, and people attended the camp in large nos, including females and children.<br />
RMLC Cricket Premier League 2019: On 13th January 2019 Cricket Tournament was<br />
organised by the I-Yuva Samiti of our Mandal. Participation by Sr. Citizens, ladies<br />
and youth was remarkable. Every one praised this event and applauded greatly as<br />
they felt that this kind of event will make youth to involve with our Mandal and<br />
there by Mandal will get Yuva talent. The tea, coffee and breakfast was serve in the<br />
morning before the start of game and lunch was served after the game was over.<br />
Holika Pujan : The Holi Pujan was organized on 20th March 2019, at<br />
<strong>Lokhandwala</strong> Garden. This poojan was attended by large nos of people, including<br />
our members, their families, friends and other Residents of <strong>Lokhandwala</strong><br />
<strong>Complex</strong>. On this occation Thandai and snacks were serve to all the people and<br />
the devotees, which was sponsored by Shri Chotelalji Agrawal Family.
