At a Glance

We have great pleasure in submitting the report and the activities undertaken by
Our Mandal, since the last AGM held on 23rd September 2018, till the date of this
Notice i.e upto 19th September 2019.
Membership: - The present strength of the Member’s of our Mandal is 817.
Braj Tak – Soulful Speaker : This program was held by the Mandal on 7th October
2018, at Bhaktivedanta Iskcon School Auditorium. This Life Changing Talk was very
useful and appreciated by all. The event was followed by Dinner. This was sponsored
by M/s. Partham Builders.
Deepawali : Deepawali program was held at Celebration Club, Opp Lokhandwala
Garden, on 11TH November 2018. The Kawwali program was enjoyed and
appreciated by all. On this occasion the meritorious children of our Mandal were
felicitated by giving mementos & certificates of merit. This program was grand
success and received over whelming response. The surprises gifts and delicious food
was enjoyed by all. This program was attended by over 300 persons.
Health Check-up : Our Mandal had tied up the complete Health Check up plan,
with Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, at a discount up to 62%, for the Mandal’s
Members, their relatives & friends. We are pleased to inform that the same is
extended upto 31st October 2019.
Medical Camp : On 6th January 2019 Our Mandal organised Medical Camp, at
Lokhandwala Garden with the help of Lion Kartar Singh Hospital. This was a grand
success, and people attended the camp in large nos, including females and children.
RMLC Cricket Premier League 2019: On 13th January 2019 Cricket Tournament was
organised by the I-Yuva Samiti of our Mandal. Participation by Sr. Citizens, ladies
and youth was remarkable. Every one praised this event and applauded greatly as
they felt that this kind of event will make youth to involve with our Mandal and
there by Mandal will get Yuva talent. The tea, coffee and breakfast was serve in the
morning before the start of game and lunch was served after the game was over.
Holika Pujan : The Holi Pujan was organized on 20th March 2019, at
Lokhandwala Garden. This poojan was attended by large nos of people, including
our members, their families, friends and other Residents of Lokhandwala
Complex. On this occation Thandai and snacks were serve to all the people and
the devotees, which was sponsored by Shri Chotelalji Agrawal Family.

Holi Festival : The Holi festival was celebrated on 21st March 2019, at
Maheshwari Bhavan Andheri. This was a well attended program. People enjoyed
the Hasya Kavi Sammelan and the delicious food.
Rajasthani Mela : This 3 days Aapano Rajasthan Mela was held in Lokhandwala
Garden from 22nd March to 24th March 2019. This was organised in association
with Shri Vijay Kumar Jain. This Mela was appreciated by one and all. This successful
program bought recognition and fame to Our Mandal.
Amrutwani Satsang : The religious program Amrutwani Satsang by a Pujya
Gurudev Shri Rajendraji Maharaj was organised by Mandal on 24th March 2019.
This was a very grand and successful program. In large nos people benefited by
Amrutwani . The entire program & Mahaprasad was sponsored by shri Amit
Agarwal & family
Shobha Yatra : On the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa, Our Mandal participated in
the shobha yatra organised on 6th April 2019. This was a grand shobha yatra and
Members felt that this kind of organization should be done on largest scale.
Gangaur : The Gangaur festival was celebrated on 8th April 2019, at Maheshwari
Bhavan Andheri. The Gangaur dances & the cultural programs were performed
by the family Members of our Mandal. This function was very attractive and
applauded by all, as the participants attired in varieties of dresses, in
concurrence with Gangaur. The Housie game and surprise gifts were added
attraction of the festival. This program was sponsored by Smt Kavita Vinodji Saraf.
Shri Hanuman Jayanti : This program Shri Hanumant Pragtyam was organized
by The Mandal on 21st April 2019 at Maheshwari Bhavan Andheri. This
melodious presentation was by Shri Virendraji Yagnik. The Maha-prasad on this
occasion was sponsored by Smt Vidya-Madhukarji Agrawal.
Nandotsav : The Janmashtami festival was organized on 25th August 2019 at
Maheshwari Bhavan, Andheri . The function was celebrated with Bhakti Bhajan
and Cultural Program and was followed by maha prasad, which was sponsored by
Smt Meenaji Agrwal. The Programme was attended by more than 300 people.
Wada Pav distribution on Ganpati Visarjan Day : Around 15000 vada-pav and
10000 Bundi packets were distributed to the devotees of Lord Ganesha, on Ganpati
Visarjan Day, on 12th September 2019, at Royal Accord Building. Members
participated in large numbers & distributed the same with great enthusiasm and
devotion. In addition to this, the arrangements of drinking water was also made to
the devotees.
