In order to maximize all efficiencies when moving uphill, some<br />
models with TLT fittings have moved the tech toe fittings further<br />
under the foot. This effectively makes for a more natural stride that<br />
offers significant energy savings - especially important on big days!<br />
NOTE: binding mounting location is different than standard TLT<br />
mounting instructions.<br />
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: boot center to ski center<br />
1. Mount the TLT heel piece in the standard mounting location<br />
2. To mount the TLT toe piece: move the toe rearwards<br />
from ‘standard’ mounting location - towards the heel piece -<br />
by «X», the specified distance for each boot.<br />
All <strong>SCARPA</strong> ® non-plastic footwear uses European sizing.<br />
• 1 Euro whole size = 6.6 mm = 0.26 inches<br />
• 1 US whole size = 8.4 mm = 0.33 inches<br />
• The 30 Euro sizes cover the same size range as 24 US sizes<br />
• Euro sizes provide a better, more precise fit for your intended use<br />
Upsize (½+ sizes) depending on desired fit for mountaineering boots.<br />
All <strong>SCARPA</strong> ® ski boots are measured in Mondo sizing.<br />
<strong>SCARPA</strong> ® ski boots break on the half size, this means that a half size shares the same shell length as the whole size above it but the liners are lasted for each ½<br />
size. For example, a 25.5<br />
and 26.0 are the same shell size but the respective liners come pre-molded to the half size. Some skiers may want to downsize up to 1 full Mondo size, depending<br />
upon personal preference.<br />
