reinterpretation of La Chilienne, now
crafted in sturdy, con-temporary materials
that make it perfect for outdoor use:
The original wooden structure has been
replaced by lacquered aluminium and
the cotton textile by a non-stretch fabric
designed by materials manufacturer Serge
La Chaise is the very embodiment of
luxurious idleness: the freedom to rest at
any time, unfet-tered by the social mores
imposing scheduled sleep.
The stretched canvas serves as both seat
and backrest. The sitting position lets you
stretch your legs with the torso raised.
A small, built-in cushion lets you rest
your head on the rear horizontal tube in
complete com-fort.
La Chaise has three sitting/reclining
