Magna <strong>Marbella</strong> <strong>Golf</strong> – a lengthy n<strong>in</strong>e-hole course – is<br />

This is a typical Robert Trent Jones design, with its sweep<strong>in</strong>g fairways, abundant bunkers <strong>and</strong> large<br />
undulat<strong>in</strong>g greens. The first few holes require accurate <strong>and</strong> bold tee shots to get clear the rav<strong>in</strong>es <strong>and</strong><br />
gullies. Although the next holes are somewhat easier on the nerves, players should beware the fearsome<br />
11th, a sharp dogleg right with hills <strong>and</strong> valleys. <strong>Golf</strong>ers can enjoy stunn<strong>in</strong>g views from the clubhouse<br />
<strong>and</strong> many of its holes.<br />
On the A-7 highway, aboutseven kilometresfrom central <strong>Marbella</strong>, <strong>in</strong> the<br />
direction of Málaga, take the El Rosario<br />
turn-off <strong>and</strong> cross over the ma<strong>in</strong> road.<br />
