www.pudseygrangefield.co.uk Welcome from the Principal Welcome from the Director of the <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong> Our school has been proud to serve <strong>Pudsey</strong> and the surrounding area for 114 years. We are one of the most rapidly improving schools in the country and as a result our <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong> is expanding. We are also building on our second successive Ofsted which judged the quality of our <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong> as good. We have a proven track record of ensuring our students progress to the career of their choice, whether that is into some of the best universities in the world including Oxford and Cambridge, a high quality apprenticeship, further education or employment. I am delighted to inform you that through careful planning, we can now guarantee that any Year 12 student who joins from September <strong>20</strong><strong>20</strong> onwards will be taught entirely at <strong>Pudsey</strong> <strong>Grangefield</strong> <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong> by our own highly skilled staff. In addition to this, our students benefit from much smaller class sizes which allow them to get more individual time with their teachers. We are investing heavily in our <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong> this year, including enhancing the study and pastoral support available for our students combined with Oxbridge preparation courses. This is an exciting time to join our <strong>Sixth</strong> <strong>Form</strong>, whether you attend <strong>Pudsey</strong> <strong>Grangefield</strong> already or are at another secondary school.
