Class of <strong>2019</strong><br />

valedictory service<br />

at El Shaddai<br />

Emotional sendoff for school’s grade 12s<br />

On Tuesday <strong>October</strong> 8,<br />

El Shaddai Christian<br />

Academy held a<br />

valedictory service in honour of<br />

the Grade 12 class.<br />

The event was hosted by the<br />

Grade 11 Class who presented<br />

each matric with a Bible verse<br />

specifically chosen for the<br />

individual, as well as a beautiful<br />

Bible. Much fun was had as the<br />

Grade 12’s handed out<br />

certificates to their teachers.<br />

and Grade 12 farewell song,<br />

brought tears to the matrics’<br />

e ye s .<br />

The class of <strong>2019</strong> are a<br />

group of five, who the school<br />

said were a vital part of the El<br />

Shaddai family.<br />

As with any family, each<br />

member adds specific value to<br />

the group.<br />

Abongile Mbeda leads by<br />

example, Ambesa Qolohle adds<br />

the humour, Yanga Nkewana<br />

cares for all, Hannah Naude<br />

keeps everyone on track and<br />

Nthato Mbabela bosses them<br />

around and adds to the fun and<br />

u n i t y.<br />

The message from El Shaddai<br />

Christian Academy was the<br />

following: “They have been the<br />

subject of our actions, the target<br />

of our thoughts and the<br />

compliment of our endeavours.<br />

“We know that they are<br />

ready to tackle the world with<br />

God leading the way.<br />

“It’s never easy to say<br />

goodbye but we send them out<br />

with the knowledge that they<br />

are not alone, as they will<br />

always be in God’s hands.”<br />
