I’m pleading with you to act on your duties and obligations to help save our American son, Jimmy.
Jimmy’s tragic -felony murder- death will be as a direct consequence of: A. being a victim of Heinous
Human Rights Crimes i , B. International Crimes ii to Sabotage 3 USA high-tech companies -defined as
a National Economic Security, and C. Barbaric Human Experimentation iii -until bones popped out of
his body, being covered-up and condoned by the Obama-Biden Administration’s State Dept. and FBI
officer’s, and corrupt foreign correspondents (FCCJ) ruthless and malicious omission (2011-2016).
SUMMARY: A. Jimmy was violently tortured and suffocated with a plastic bag -like Jamal Khashoggi 0
- by Japan military medical officers at a Military Hospital -when 11 yrs. old. They abandoned Jimmy to
die; attempted to cover up atrocity by maliciously withholding critical medical treatment, intentionally
inflicting severe pain, suffering, and grievous bodily harm -comparable to Otto Warmbier. Why?
The horrific attempts upon our son’s life and subsequent attempts upon my life all began two days
after a Kobe, Japan (IBRI) public official, aimed grave threats explicitly at Jimmy, terrorizing us to cover
up evidence of fraud, conspiracy, coercion and misconduct committed by high-ranking staff of two of
Japans largest government-funded scientific institutions (RIKEN & IBRI). B. The Kobe official retaliated,
maliciously engaged in a relentless and unrestrained campaign of highly unethical violations of
international law with the intent to dehumanize and destroy our family. The public official orchestrated
a criminal conspiracy with several scientists, a mentally ill person and his attorney, forged U.S. federal
documents to defraud and criminally sabotage USA businesses. The stolen patents were transferred
to IBRI in Kobe, Japan -which provide the evidence, the means, motive, and opportunity for said crimes.
The Obama Administration’s State Department Consulate, and FBI Attaché officers knowingly and
willingly condoned crimes -that worsened, by refusing to act on their primary duties and obligations
to assist, protect, or investigate our –concrete evidence- criminal complaints of international crimes
and horrific abuses against U.S. citizens; also, the sabotaging of USA businesses. They claimed: Japan
has sovereign rights to enforce the laws of Japan (like North Korea or Nazi Germany). The Japan Police,
and all other Japan agencies callously failed in obligations to protect Americans, or open
investigations; claiming they have no authority to investigate Japan Military or Japan Gov. Institutions.
As a direct consequence of barbaric acts deliberately inflicted on Jimmy, being condoned and
covered-up by their reckless indifference to human life -omission: C. Jimmy was a victim of horrifying

Without informed consent, or medical reason, Nihon University Hospital, knowingly & willingly
deprived Jimmy, a growing child, of the minimum critical calories needed for his vital organ function,
bone growth (Basal metabolism BM) and maintenance of physiologic homeostasis for six brutal yearsuntil,
Jimmy cannibalized himself to survive and bones popped out of his body. Japanese intentionally
inflicted severe life-threatening skeletal deformities, causing Jimmy’s ribcage to collapse into his heart,
lungs, and spine – a main reason Jimmy is near death in unbearable pain and suffering.
December 24 th , 2014, a murder attempt was made on my life after we found evidence that showed
Jimmy, an American child, was brutally tortured in gruesome human experiments; The Nihon
University Hospital Japanese doctor involved in the torturous treatment of Jimmy asserted to Jimmy’s
mother: “Kamei Shizuka will protect Nihon University -no one can investigate, not even America,”
“you'll be the ones to have problems.” Nihon University established a Crisis Management Department
in April 2016, with faculty headed by Kamei Shizuka, and many former high-ranking police chiefs and
intelligence officials. Japan police refuse to investigate them(selves).
Clear evidence shows: the Obama Administration and corrupt foreign correspondents knowingly
and willingly covered-up, implicitly condoned, and facilitated the worsening of international crimes
and barbaric human rights abuses of an American child and our family in Japan, also the sabotage of
United States advanced technology corporations. D., Obama State Department Consulate and FBI
Attaché officers categorically, and continuously, persisted in refusing to act in their primary duties and
obligations to act on our requests for assistance under Code of Federal Regulations (CFR22, art. 71.1,
71.6, §10.735–215, §101.3(b)), US Code (22USC, art. 2715a & 3904(1)), US Department of State Foreign Affairs
Manual (7FAM, 1930’s), & Convention of Consular Relations (art. 2, 5 & 38), & (Gonzalez Lenahan vs.
USA, 2011 Inter-American Commission on Human Rights); they maliciously refused to investigate our
incontrovertible evidence criminal complaints of the atrocious international crimes.
Our family has suffered severe irreparable harm from unimaginably cruel and inhuman acts
intentionally inflicted on our only son. We have exhausted all options in Japan. This severe Nazi-like
persecution, violations of human rights and corruption that elevated to “Crimes against Humanity”;
and by cover-up of said human rights violations by (Government officials’ acquiescence
(A/HRC/13/39/Add.5, para. 30) Japan Police, Government official’s failure to act on their legal
obligations to uphold international law; renders them complicit to the horrific international violations.
Jimmy’s tragic death/felony murder will be as a direct consequence of the State Department
prioritizing relationships with Japan over protecting Americans. Their cruel & unusual inhuman illtreatment
of Jimmy -is comparable to sadistic animal abuse. Abandoned to die like Otto Warmbier
ABSOLUTELY horrifying that all the US Embassy State Department and FBI officers, the Japan Police,
and all Japan-based media acted with a depraved indifference or disregard for human life, liberty, and
property of Americans, and rule of law in Japan. Their omission was malicious, and highly immoral, as
everyone we begged for help deliberately refused to protect or help Jimmy, an American child victim,

EVIDENCE THAT REMAINS COVERED-UP BY DEPRAVED CORRUPTION -CONTRIBUTING to TRAGIC DEATH
A. Barbaric Human Rights Abuses: Dec 28 th , 2007, James “Jimmy” Ryan Jr., an 11yr old American
disabled child, was brutally suffocated with a plastic bag -comparable to Jamal Khashoggi 0 - over his
head by Japanese military medical officers at a military facility 1 , Bōei Ika
Daigakkō Hospital. Incontrovertible evidence shows: Jimmy had a red strangle
mark on his neck, he was in a vegetative state; his eyes were locked-open and
bloody and suffering from a life-threatening fever of 107 0 F after suffocation.
The Doctors subsequently took blood tests that confirmed Jimmy had a very
high risk of dying; then knowingly withheld critical medical treatment to inflict
severe pain, suffering, and life-threatening brain injury 3 -like Otto Warmbier 2,
On Dec 29 th , as the blood tests had predicted, he twice suffered cardiac arrest.

Dec 28 th , Friday, it was the end-of-year holiday season. Jimmy was staying at the hospital for a
seasonal cold but had no signs of illness for two days. Children with no signs were released, but Dr.
Reiji Kojima vehemently refused to let Jimmy return home. I had meetings in Tokyo but returned to
the hospital at 5:30 am the 29 th to find Jimmy in critical condition, and the pediatric ward conspiring
to cover-up the plastic bag suffocation atrocity. 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Dr. Kojima --who suffocated & intentionally
withheld life-saving medical treatment to inflict severe pain, suffering and grievous bodily harm on
Jimmy-- initially insinuated that he only became aware of Jimmy’s dying condition after his father was
alone with Jimmy. Jimmy’s mother immediately brought an expert to examine Jimmy. The examination
showed Jimmy’s eyes had a thick bloody layer from being locked open for more than 12 hours, an
impossible timeframe for the father to be the cause of critical brain injury.
Subsequently, the Doctors were caught lying repeatedly, 5 changing story more than 23 times. Their
accounts contradicted as to what caused a red strangle mark around Jimmy’s neck -evidently
tightened so violently it was- still visible after 24 hrs. They finally admitted -on irrefutable audio
evidence 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 a plastic bag string caused the strangle mark on Jimmy’s neck, but three days later
claimed a plastic bag suffocation/strangulation over Jimmy’s head was a medical treatment.
Dec 24 th , four days before the Khashoggi-like 0 plastic bag suffocation of our 11yr-old child, my
wife and I announced our legal obligations to file a criminal case to the Japan police to report evidence
of an aggravated breach of trust under the Companies Act; misappropriated funds; and fraudulent
billing schemes executives of a Kobe Japan company -Stem Cell Sciences K.K. 11 - alleged involvement.
Also, evidence of scientific misconduct by scientists from RIKEN CDB 12,13 .
Dec 26 th , two days before the barbaric acts on Jimmy, a crooked Kobe, Japan, high-ranking public
official from Foundation for Biomedical Research and Innovation (IBRI) 14 made grave threats aimed
explicitly at Jimmy. Dec 24 th- Dec 26 th , the crooked public official had engaged in harassment and
intimidation 15.16,17. of our family, to threaten us into a criminal conspiracy to cover up evidence of the
crooked public official and spouse alleged involvement in a near $7M fraudulent scheme. Unlawful
conduct that then included coercion and violations detrimental to the public trust by the Kobe official
threats made to Ryan family and intimidation of incoming CEO. Worse offenses than why Carlos Ghosn,

From January 2008-2016, we exhaustively filed criminal complaints with the Japan, Tokorozawa,
police. We gave hours of interviews. We provided a tremendous amount of incontrovertible evidence:
A. Audio recorded evidence 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of the doctors confessing -after caught repeatedly lying- the red
strangle mark around Jimmy’s neck was caused by a plastic bag string tightened. B. They confessed
Jimmy was in a vegetative state, in critical condition with his eyes were locked open after the
suffocation event; C. They admitted they knowingly withheld medical treatment on Jimmy. We
provided medical records evidence 19 showing unethical coordination: A. a child protection agent was
at the hospital at night and failed to inform us Jimmy was dying with eyes locked open; B the head
nurse coordinated the pediatric ward to “prepare for war” against Ryan’s (why?), etc. My wife and I
repeatedly gave witness testimony evidence, including audio of an expert doctor who immediately
came to examine Jimmy after the plastic suffocation event and saw strangle mark.
The Tokorozawa police claimed a criminal investigation launched. Feb 2008, we telephoned the US
Embassy Tokyo, who insisted they couldn’t help: “Japan is a trusted ally, please trust the Japan police
and judicial system”! We later found out to be incompetence. We expected the police to take a while
because of the large amount of evidence we had given them and sincerely believed indictments were
coming. NHK and all Media in Japan have refused to assist or protect Jimmy.
Important facts to note: When Japanese doctors suffocate an 11-yr old American disabled child
with a plastic bag; then conceal the suffocation to insinuate the father was cause until the doctors
were caught lying -just two days after threats explicitly aimed at the child by a Japan public official
who was threatening child’s parents to cover-up a near $7M fraud: is NOT a medical treatment!
2008, Jimmy’s brain injury was so severe he was dependent on life support. We pivoted to try to
develop a technology to help Jimmy’s brain. Stem Cell Sciences K.K. HMADs technology was a fraud 20 ,
so we proceeded with our proprietary strategy to merge start-ups -we quickly established with top
professors from Tokyo and Nagoya University- with Advanced Cell Technology (ACT). We taught
Mizuho Securities our proprietary “PROJECT RYAN 21 ” (password: mhsc) trade secrets as they had
empathetically told us they’d like to help save Jimmy if we shared our know-how. Mizuho Securities
deceitfully exploited Jimmy’s mother hope to help Jimmy, and subsequently stole our trade secrets.
Oct 2010, Tokorozawa police telephoned Jimmy’s mother claiming: “we lost all of the evidence,” “a
3-year Statute of Limitations would soon expire”, and with the amount of evidence -we exhaustively
gave- would take too long to decide before the expiration. Japan police acted with reckless disregard
of our rights, life, and international law, by not only refusing to launch proper investigations into our
criminal complaints but would later engage in the sabotaging of our USA business. Their cruel and
unusual lawlessness retaliated by targeting our Japan Seldon Technologies carbon nanotube start-up
business, whose carbon nanotube technology was funded by the USA DOD, DOE, NASA 22 , George
Gilder 23 , and U.S. Rear Admiral Craig E. Steidler 24 . Sabotage damages USA National Economic Security.
2011, Japan police officers began the lawless intimidation and harassment of Jimmy’s mother -with
Gestapo-like tactics: “If you don’t shut up, at any time, we can find a reason to indict you.” they then
stole Seldon Carbon nanotube systems while they harassed us to search for any reason to indict us.
Evidence of coordination emerges: Mitsubishi UFJ Bank fraudulently 25 took money from our bank

Coincidently, all our America business websites were hacked 26 , terrorizing us with death threats
that magically coincided with the public official’s 27 emerging coordinated criminal conspiracy 28 to
sabotage our Ryan family’s America business interests. IBRI is the “main coordinating organization
of the largest life science cluster of research institutes, hospitals, and biomedical companies in Japan.”
Overwhelming Evidence shows Kobe public official’s disregard of the rule of law 27,14,15.16,17 , unethical
influence over scientists, and hatred of Ryan family for our whistleblowing efforts provides the means,
motive, and opportunity for crimes. Coincidently, a coordinated character assassination also began to
target our stem cell efforts to develop a therapy for Jimmy. The Modis Operandi (MO) of Kobe
corruption: use doctors, scientists, lawyers, and people with fake identities to terrorize and falsely
accuse the Ryan family of the fraud they are brazenly committing on the Ryan family.
2011- 2012, I pleaded U.S. Embassy officers for help, but they claimed: “Japan has sovereign rights
to enforce the laws of Japan! sorry! there’s nothing we can do!” Americans believe in State Dept. or FBI
officers’ statements as facts not to argue with, so we were oblivious to the facts: they have obligations
to assist and protect Americans! They repeatedly lied to us or failed in primary duties! A barbaric
suffocation of Jimmy; a campaign of terrorizing death threats and character assassination; a conspiracy
to sabotage American businesses were all condoned by the officer's reckless disregard for human life,
safety, and property –escalating and worsening the cruel and unusual abuses that almost killed Jimmy.
B. Egregious Violations of International Law: Feb 2011. After years of relentless effort and pivots,
our stem cell company, Arblast USA, acquired exclusive global rights to all patents, patent applications;
know-how, technologies, and trademarks, from Arblast Co. Ltd., a Japan company.
Incontrovertible evidence alleges: the Kobe 29 , high-ranking, public official, Nakajima Yoshiko 30 ,
orchestrated a criminal conspiracy with A. Dr. Shigeru Kinoshita 31 , an ophthalmologist, B. Kasahara
Motohiro 32 , an attorney; C. Akira Kitagawa 33 ; and D. Mehmet Oguz 34 , (referred to as “Subjects”), to
steal USA and EU patents and criminally sabotage Arblast USA’s merger and acquisition with Forticell
Biosciences, a public traded USA biotechnology company based in New York.
Important facts to note: Akira Kitagawa had previously served as managing executive of Arblast
Co. Ltd. and resigned on July 10, 2010 35 . Akira Kitagawa was suffering from a severe panic disorder
mental illness. Dr. Tateyama Masato, Akira Kitagawa’s 36 doctor, signed a medical certification for Akira
Kitagawa’s mental illness that was worsening and not responding to all medical treatments, he was
ordered to halt all duties immediately. Kasahara Motohiro is Akira Kitagawa’s private attorney who
filed his client’s mental illness medical certification 36 , signed by Dr. Tateyama Masato on July 01, to
Japan Government, enabling Akira Kitagawa to receive compensation for a severe mental illness -that
left him incapacitated and unable to work. July 2011 36 , Kasahara Motohiro knew his client was
mentally ill and not responding to medical treatment 36 and had no legal authority to represent or
manage Arblast Co. Ltd in any way, shape, or form. Aug 2011 37,38 , just one month later, their criminal
conspiracy to destroy two USA technologies company’s merger was launched.
Aug-Nov 2011 37,38,39,40, The Japanese Subjects knowingly and willingly conspired to fabricate
evidence, made false statements with intent to defraud the Japan court. On Nov 15 th , Subjects, with
no legal authority or approval to act on Arblast Co. LTD’s behalf, neither from elected representative
director, nor the board of directors or through shareholders general meeting, in any way, shape, or
form, filed Arblast Co. Ltd. into bankruptcy; revoking patents that were legally assigned to Arblast-

-USA 40, 41. The subjects knowingly and willfully perpetrated “uttering a false instrument" with malicious
intent to commit fraud against a United States company. The Subjects deceitfully forged EU and U.S.
federal documents; unlawfully revoking EU and U.S. patents (Federal Felony) legally assigned to
Arblast-USA, a Ryan startup. Arblast Co. LTD or Arblast-USA’s shareholders, directors, or investors were
unaware of the Japanese Subjects criminal conspiracy
Aug-Nov 2011 The Japanese Subjects conspired to criminally sabotage the American Ryan family’s
merger between Arblast-USA and Forticell Biosciences, as announced by Forticell Biosciences, and
duly filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission FORM 8-K 41,42 , Pursuant to Section 13 or
15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Subjects malicious acts caused the annihilation of
Arblast-USA and Forticell Biosciences shareholder`s investments of a combined USD 200 Million;
future shareholder’s earnings not included. Damaging the National Economic Security of America
Kasahara Motohiro knowingly and willingly fraudulently 37,38 claimed he represented Arblast Co. Ltd.,
he forged federal documents, stole patents, were later given to the Foundation for Biomedical
Research and Innovation -the Kobe officials Institution. The stolen patents were assigned to an Fmr
Chairman of SoftBank and Fmr Vice President of Goldman Sachs biotech company. Coincidentally,
Kasahara Motohiro conspired with Mehmet Oguz to perform similar criminal acts, knowingly and
willingly made statements and representations they knew to be false, fraudulent and deceitful with
the intent to defraud the Japan court, Their Modis Operandi: terrorize and maliciously accuse the
Ryan’s of the crimes they are brazenly committing on the American Ryan family.
Jan 2012, we were in New York City to complete our Arblast-USA merger and acquisition with
Forticell Biosciences 42,43 . The merged company would be a world’s first publicly traded company to
have orphan drug regenerative medicine approvals in the two largest medical markets in the world,
USA & Japan; with biomaterials from Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem Israel. We agreed on a
vertically integrated international business model with operations out of New York City and stem cell
clinic in Tokyo, Japan to help Jimmy.
While finalizing the merger, we returned to our hotel room to first learn the scandalous news of the
maliciousness of the Kobe 44 conspiracy. Arblast’s CEO, Inoue Koji, told us over the phone of a brazenly
corrupt Kobe court trustee had condoned a mentally ill person with a medical certificate
(hallucinations?) to file Arblast Co. Ltd into bankruptcy. A severe violation of international law,
damaging the economic security of the USA. Kobe court Trustee claimed: “Securities and Exchange
Commission is not trustworthy 43 .” Kobe trustee knowingly allowed an insane person to sabotage
Arblast-USA & Forticell merger, annihilating USD200 Million in shareholder's investments combined.
Incontrovertible evidence: The same Kobe, crooked public official 45,46,47.48,49 -who aimed threats at

2012, I sought help from the FBI. A Los Angeles FBI agent tried to investigate our criminal
complaints -including Arblast USA. But after several months I was contacted on my mobile phone in
California, the FBI agent claimed: couldn’t get the funding (from who?) to launch proper investigations,
the FBI doesn’t have the money to investigate many cases.” The Obama-Biden administration’s reckless
omission demonstrated to Japan that atrocious crimes on US children were implicitly condoned, with

Unethical Human Experimentation, 2012, we returned to Japan. Jimmy is a now a 15-yr old growing
boy dependent on life-support and staying in Nihon University Surugadai Hospital in Tokyo from 2008,
where, we believed Jimmy was safe. Unaware, in Nov 2011, Dr. Mitsuko Yuzawa, an ophthalmologist
and subordinate co-author of Dr. Shigeru Kinoshita 50 -the ophthalmologist who was a co-conspirator
in sabotaging Arblast USA the same month of Nov 2011- was elected as the hospital director of Nihon
University Surugadai Hospital. Audio evidence gathered in 2015: Dr. Saito Hiroshi, confesses the
hospital director was making the medical decisions for Jimmy. 50.A.
Without informing or receiving Jimmy’s parent's consent or for any known medical reason any
sane human being would approve of, the hospital knowingly put Jimmy, an American disabled child
on life support, into a perpetual state of severe pain and suffering that inflicted grievous bodily harm.
The Doctor failed to inform us of, his “particular set of skills” of “Failure to Thrive” human
experimentation. His Doctor had gained expertise by deliberately depriving growing innocent children
of essential nutrition needed to maintain vital organ functions and bone growth, inflicting severe
mental development delays and stunting the growth of children. 51
Incontrovertible Evidence: Jimmy was a victim of atrocious human
experimentation and cruel and inhuman life-threatening treatment -
for six brutal years. Surugadai, Nihon University Hospital knowingly and
willingly deprived Jimmy, a growing child on life-support, the minimum
critical calories needed to sustain his vital organ functions & bone
growth (Basal metabolism BM) 52 . They maliciously stunted Jimmy’s
growth; increased his risk of pneumonia, respiratory failure,
impairment or loss of body functions, and death 52 . The prolonged
starvation depleted all Jimmy’s muscle mass; all his adipose stores were
exhausted, he wasted away as his body turned on itself and
cannibalized his muscle tissue, vital organs, including his heart muscle
and intercostal muscles critical for respiration, his only sources to meet
energy demands. They Induced horrific pain, suffering, and grievous
bodily harm, causing his ribcage to collapse into his heart & lung space.
The hospital’s expertise 51 shows: they knew 800 Kcal/day 53 was grossly inadequate to supply
Jimmy’s metabolic energy needs, profoundly increased by metabolic stress, worsened pain, suffering,
and spasticity. Jimmy suffers from severe rickets (rare in developed countries); his hips and shoulders
severely deformed. I, Jimmy’s father, was over 6’3” at 19yrs old. Jimmy was four feet, one-inch tall at
19yrs old, and weighed only 19 kg., worse than Auschwitz concentration camp survivors -a minimum
of 1,700 Kcal/day if they engaged in labor; 1,300 Kcal/day if sedentary.
CIA’s enhanced 1,500 kcal/day 53,54 minimum interrogation technique -classified as a form of
torture- weakens the resistance of detainees to make them more receptive, with, “frequent medical
monitoring,” and restricted for short periods only. A 10% loss of body weight triggers termination. But,
in no-event are detainees to receive less than 1,000 kcal/day. Jimmy was only given 800 Kcal/day for
six cruel years of suffering -which profoundly increased his need for more calories. The Justice
Department’s Bureau of Prisons requires federal prisons to adhere to “Daily Reference Intake for
nutrients published by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of the Sciences” for
adult men up to 3,720 kcal/day minimum 53 . Male under five feet tall and “sedentary” with a low body

The lawlessness in Japan was unbearable for our family. We still live
with a constant fear, traumatized by the severe suffering of Jimmy. The
malicious retaliation that began in summer of 2011 escalated out of
control and lasted until October 2016. Evil crimes on Americans are
maliciously condoned and concealed by the State Department’s
omission- who refused to help us. We begged for help! Officers only
appeared upset when I would mention that the Trump campaign had
offered to help Jimmy (Nov 2015). Jimmy starved; he cannibalized
himself until his bones popped out of his body. Their cruel and unusual
inhuman omission was worse than most third world countries where
the American Embassies don’t exist. Abhorrent atrocities covered-up
& condoned by an immoral, deliberate, failure to act on their primary
duties will be the main cause of the death/felony murder of Jimmy.
2012, Jimmy’s suffering condition was worsening. His ribcage collapsing. His body showing signs
of deformity. We began to question if Jimmy was deteriorating because of calories -repeatedly. Dr.
Saito claimed the brain injury was the cause of his worsening condition and not related to calories.
From the winter of 2012, it was challenging to help Jimmy. We moved far from Tokyo and forced to
travel back and forth because of death threats and lawlessness. An endless & malicious character
assassination –allegedly orchestrated by RIKEN CDB’s Science Policy & Ethics Studies Unit leader
Douglas Sipp in Kobe 55,56 - was exhaustively cruel and unusual dehumanization. We were falsely
accused and terrorized by a Kobe based -evidence alleges- conspiracy to destroy our Ryan family.
Nearly all of 2013-2014, we searched for a surgeon all of Japan who could reduce Jimmy’s painful
collapsing-suffering. Completely unaware, Jimmy’s pain was caused by his cannibalizing of organs and
tissue to survive starvation, and why his ribcage was collapsing into his heart and lungs.
July 25 th , 2013 57 , a pediatric orthopedic surgeon named Dr. T. Matsuo examined Jimmy. His
medical examination 57 revealed Jimmy's hips and shoulders dislocated. Jimmy’s ribcage was collapsing
into the heart and lungs. Jimmy’s growth stunted and was too skinny to survive a spine and ribcage
surgery. Jimmy’s bones were too soft and deforming because he suffered from severe Rickets from
not getting enough calories for his vital organs and bones to grow. Jimmy’s mother soon started to
demand Jimmy’s doctors immediately increase his calories.
Soon, after the medical examination, we sought permission from Nihon University Surugadai
Hospital to use the ICU and surgical room because Dr. Matsuo’s hospital had no ICU. We were rejected,
they said Jimmy’s bones were too soft and would be difficult to improve his situation. Soon after, we
held meetings with Kitasato University Hospital orthopedic surgeons who also explained that Jimmy
was too skinny and would not likely survive the surgery – to save his life.
SEPTEMBER 1 st , 2014 Jimmy’s mother discovers that Jimmy’s Doctor had published scientific
research on “Failure to Thrive” studies. The Doctors had deliberately deprived growing children of
essential nutrition needed to maintain vital organ functions and bone growth; the child was inflicted
with severe mental development delays and was stunting the growth of children.
SEPTEMBER 4 th , 2014 Jimmy’s mother investigates deeper into what she suspected as unethical
human testing, and first hears shocking information from Dr. Saito (Jimmy’s doctor), who confessed

over a phone conversation that Ashikaga No Mori Hospital was able to do unapproved aggressive
therapies on severely disabled children not available at Nihon University.
SEPTEMBER 5 th , 2014 Jimmy’s mother held a private meeting @ Roppongi Hills Tokyo Starbucks
with Dr. Saito, Jimmy’s, Nihon University doctor. The doctor had been trying to convince her that
Jimmy must transfer to Ashikaga No Mori Hospital. The doctor claimed that more than 100 severely
disabled children underwent aggressive drug treatments that were not yet approved by the Japan
Ministry of Health and Welfare. The doctor explained that Jimmy could improve enough from
aggressive drug therapies and be able to return home to live with us in healthier condition after
aggressive treatments. Jimmy’s doctor had taught her that many children were able to return to their
homes healthier after Ashikaga No Mori Hospital aggressive therapies.
SEPTEMBER 28 th , 2014 Jimmy changed locations to Nihon University Itabashi Hospital
DECEMBER 1 st , 2014 Dr. Saito again claimed to Jimmy’s mother that aggressive therapies -not
available at Nihon University- could enable Jimmy to become healthy enough to return home. After
in-depth investigations, Jimmy’s mother immediately begins to question Dr. Saito, asking: “what are
the names of the unapproved aggressive therapy drugs that would be administered on Jimmy at
Ashikaga No Mori Hospital to could enable Him to become healthy enough to return home?” Dr. Saito
refused to give a straight answer and claimed all the severely disabled children would use many new
different medications for the very first time. She began to ask about potentially dangerous risks and
side effects. The doctor gave the depraved answer that led to her uncovering the cause of Jimmy’s
atrocious pain and suffering and severe bodily harm. Dr. Saito claimed that “no human has ever used
these aggressive therapy drugs, so no one knows the side effects yet.” Jimmy’s mother immediately
states that she would never consent to any unapproved aggressive drugs never yet used on children
and with no name or list of potential side effects.
Jimmy’s mother and Dr. Saito engaged in a heated argument. For the first time, she suspected
Nihon University doctor network had deliberately put Jimmy and more than one hundred severely
disabled children under unapproved, dangerous, and unethical human experimentations.
We were horrified, for the first time, evidence uncovered of unapproved unethical human testing.
We now believed Jimmy was put in unethical “Failure to Thrive” human experimentation. Jimmy’s
severe deformed bones demonstrated the doctor had deprived him of the essential nutrition and
calories needed to maintain his vital organ functions and bone growth, inflicting severe suffering,
mental development, stunting his growth and cruel life-threatening bodily harm.
DECEMBER 2014, we launched investigations, and Jimmy’s Mother begins to publish an online blog
journal. Jimmy’s mother begins uploading evidence of previous scientific misconduct crimes
committed Stem Cell Sciences K.K scientists from RIKEN CDB and other evidence of the criminal
conduct of the high-ranking public official from the Foundation for Biomedical Research and
Innovation (IBRI) all from Kobe Japan. Jimmy’s mother uploaded recorded, and email evidence began
posting medical record evidence, photographs, and videos taken of Jimmy body collapsing and
deforming bones that corroborates critical details of how rare severe rickets is in developed countries.
For the first time, we believed Jimmy’s life was in grave danger again.
DECEMBER 24 th , 2014 Near midnight, I survived a serious attempt on my life from a thick Asian

aggressively approached me. This aggressive person was built to be able to choke me to death easily,

I escaped, parked the car blocks away behind a gas station and hid in a Chinese restaurant -
Bamiyan- toilet stall in Makuhari area. I returned home in a taxi, escorted to the door. Terrorized, I
telephoned the State Department and FBI. I tried emailing journalists such as Glen Greenwald, as the
press freedoms in Japan -under the Obama Administration’s policy of targeting and destroying
journalists and whistleblowers had enabled Japan press freedoms to become worse than Tanzania. 59

JANUARY 13 th , 2015 Jimmy’s mother traveled to further investigations into Ashikaga No Mori
Hospital. She calmly mentioned to the Hospital head pediatric doctor on how Dr. Saito had suggested
that Jimmy could undergo unapproved aggressive therapies that could enable Jimmy to become
healthy and return home. The pediatric doctor stated that: “if Dr. Saito said so, then yeah, sure” Jimmy’s
mother asked if any of the children had experienced any dangerous side effects and did the parents
agree to the risks. The pediatric doctor stated: “of course, there are chances of side effects, but how
could parents -of disabled children- understand the risks if a drug therapy never tested yet.” She then
asks how many severely disabled children had become healthy enough to return home from the
aggressive drug therapies. The pediatric doctor stated that severely disabled children only leave that
hospital in a Hearse (funeral car).
At this point, we were horrified, this pediatric doctor had vehemently pushed Jimmy’s mother that
she must sign “Do-Not-Resuscitate (DNR)” orders if Jimmy is admitted because the hospital had no
ICU or emergency staff. Only after interviewing Ashikaga No Mori Hospital pediatric doctor, did we
confirm that the parents of the many severely children at this hospital were not informed nor
consenting to nor fully understood that their children were put under unethical human
experimentations with unapproved aggressive drug therapies never tested on humans. Obvious lifethreatening
risks if the children would never return home healthy, only in a Hearse.
JANUARY 14 th , 2015, Jimmy’s mother begins to telephone the Japan police. Horrifying experience.
Now downright horrified, we launch full investigations to finally became aware that Nihon University
hospital director, Dr. Mitsuko Yuzawa, was Dr. Shigeru Kinoshita’s subordinate co-author and was
elected as the hospital director – the very month of Kobe coordinated conspiracy- and -Dr. Saito
confirmed that the hospital director was making the medical decisions on Jimmy.
In 2015, we also found out that Nihon University had direct links to Kobe organized crime.
The chairman of Nihon University, Hidetoshi Tanaka, was friends with Shinobu Tsukasa, the

FEBRUARY 2015 Jimmy was in increasingly severe pain and suffering from stunted growth and

Nobody in Japan will help Americans. We have pleaded with the Japan police, the Public Safety
Commission. We begged the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare for help; the Children's Counseling
Center. The same situation with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.
We begged NY Times, the Guardian, Forbes for help. FCCJ press club refused to help.
We still have no fundamental human rights to the press or for real investigations. I believe, based
