INTRODUCTION<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Sheds</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>Brendale</strong> is a new urban benchmark for light industrial/commercial<br />

real est<strong>at</strong>e, loc<strong>at</strong>ed in the fast growing northern suburbs of Brisbane.<br />

OUR VISION<br />

We want to cre<strong>at</strong>e a unique and dynamic destin<strong>at</strong>ion th<strong>at</strong> will be a highly<br />

cur<strong>at</strong>ed collabor<strong>at</strong>ion of like-minded businesses.<br />

We want to partner with artisan bakers, roasters, brewers, distillers and<br />

more. We seek producers who may also offer a smaller retail element,<br />

who understand a contemporary approach to brand and know how to<br />

cre<strong>at</strong>e unique and authentic experiences. Allowing visitors to view “the<br />

making” as part of the production process will help cre<strong>at</strong>e a destin<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

and put <strong>The</strong> <strong>Sheds</strong> on the map.<br />

PARTNERSHIPS<br />

A limited provision of contemporary retail in the area represents an<br />

opportunity for a quality destin<strong>at</strong>ional food and drink<br />

experience. This will include a roastery, along with an artisan bakery and<br />

casual cafe, offering brilliant food to-go for local workers, families and the<br />

community.<br />
