Jessica Boyd<br />
Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist<br />
through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am experienced in endurance<br />
running, weight lifting TRX suspension training, indoor and outdoor cycling, HIIT,<br />
myofascial release through foam rolling and self-message, and fitness nutrition. I<br />
believe that movement is at the core of what it means to be healthy, to feel alive<br />
and get the most out of every day. One of my core beliefs is that exercise should<br />
be fun. If we enjoy what we are doing, then we are likely to continue doing it.<br />

Joyelle Hessler<br />
Over the past few years, my combined passion for fitness and for helping others<br />
has me to pursue coaching to help others become a healthier version of themselves.<br />
I enjoy teaching a variety of group fitness courses as well as creating<br />
individualized programs. I love watching clients gain strength and confidence in<br />
themselves. I am a AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer, cycling instructor, phase<br />
III yoga instructor, certified TRX instructor in functional training, suspension training,<br />
and suspension yoga.<br />

Stephanie Schilling<br />
Our Fitness is important and something we should all enjoy. My aim is to create<br />
a positive and fun training environment for clients, as well as using best of my<br />
knowledge and experience to help achieve their goals. I am NASM certified<br />
personal trainer, TRX certified instructor and First Aid & CPR certified. I enjoy<br />
instructing fitness classes, hiking and other outdoor activities.<br />

Ralph Valdez<br />
Ralph specializes in strength training, sport specific workouts and weight management<br />
for women/men. Backed by his BS in Kinesiology, 4 years of powerlifting,<br />
7 years of industry knowledge and 8 years of strength programs throughout<br />
his high school and collegiate sports; his workouts are designed for results. You<br />
