The competence of the network members
is a valuable resource, which is
incorporated into the learning design. In
recurring discussion rounds, the alumni
themselves are asked to contribute their
experiences. After the training Julia,
Amro and the other alumni will transform
what they’ve learned into a toolkit
to make the knowledge accessible to
all the members of the Bosch Alumni
Network. This sustainable utilization of
resources and the multiplying effect is
unique to this format.The combination
of exchanging personal experiences and
the input of experts is successful. When
asked what he will take away from the
training, Amro answers enthusiastically:
