4-H ALBERTA BEEF HEIFER SHOW<br />
For 43 years the 4-H <strong>Alberta</strong> Beef Heifer<br />
Show has provided 4-H members the<br />
opportunity to showcase their beef female<br />
project, hone their skills and gain further<br />
knowledge of trends in the beef industry, all<br />
within an experiential environment designed<br />
for their learning and development. Through<br />
participation in the Beef Heifer Show, you will<br />
develop your passion for the beef industry,<br />
share your vision with other youth and<br />
adults, and have tons of fun.<br />
Furthermore, you will sharpen your skills in<br />
showmanship, judging, grooming and beef<br />
knowledge – plus show off your<br />
prized project animal in a series of<br />
conformation classes.<br />
Don’t have a female project but still want to<br />
see what all the hype is about? No problem!<br />
Come and experience firsthand by helping<br />
out fellow 4-H’ers and take part in all the<br />
non-animal opportunities.<br />

4-H ALBERTA SHEEP SHOW<br />
The 4-H <strong>Alberta</strong> Sheep show is celebrating<br />
its 10th year in <strong>20</strong><strong>20</strong>!!!<br />
This always-popular show is a reflection<br />
of the thriving <strong>Alberta</strong> sheep industry<br />
and provides a tremendous educational<br />
opportunity at the provincial level for 4-H<br />
members to broaden their knowledge of<br />
showing, trimming, and judging sheep, as<br />
well as the general sheep industry.<br />
In addition, the 4-H <strong>Alberta</strong> Sheep Show<br />
is great place to learn best practices and<br />
connect with like-minded youth. In other<br />
words, you will be meeting a lot of<br />
great people!<br />
So if you want to: sharpen your skill base in<br />
an industry focused event; get involved at<br />
the next level and network; and expand your<br />
knowledge base beyond the farm gate then<br />
this is an opportunity you do not want<br />
to miss.<br />
Don’t have a breeding animal? No problem!<br />
Any member registered in the sheep project,<br />
with any level of experience, can attend the<br />
4-H <strong>Alberta</strong> Sheep Show without an animal.<br />
