Next Steps to be followed on Arrival in Doha:
1) You do not require to carry this STPC Confirmation Receipt as a mandatory requirement for claiming the Hotel
Accommodation but you will certainly require a Hotel Voucher (aka STPC Voucher) which needs to be collected
from the Airline Representative in Doha and for this you will need to present yourself at the ‘Transit
Accommodation Counter’ which is located in the Transfer Area of Hamad International Airport.
2) During the layover in Doha, you will be provided with the following:
a) Hotel Accommodation:
Based on the room availability situation, your accommodation can be provided either at, ‘The Airport Hotel’
(which is located in the transit premises of Hamad International Airport-Doha) or it could be at any one of our
accredited hotels in Doha City. Therefore for your comfort and convenience, please refer to the special
guidelines below for the Airport Hotel and the City Hotel.
b) Meal Allowance:
i. If your transit stay (from the scheduled time of the arrival flight to the scheduled time of the departure
flight) is greater than 11 hours at Doha, a monetary value will be printed on your STPC Voucher.
ii. You can accordingly present the STPC voucher at the hotel and claim any meal (s) to the effect of the
given value
iii. If any meal is ordered/consumed in excess of the value given on the STPC Voucher, the variance will
have to be paid directly by the guest.
iv. The Meal Allowance is non-refundable and non-transferable (if it has not been utilized for claiming
meals).

Special Guidelines - Applicable only when you are accommodated at ‘The Airport Hotel’ in Doha:
1) Once you collect the STPC voucher from the ‘Transit Accommodation Counter’, our staff will guide you towards
the Airport Hotel which is located in the Transit Premises of Hamad International Airport.
2) In order to reach the boarding gate on time for your departure flight ex Doha, we recommend you to check-out
from the hotel latest by 1 hour prior to the departure time of your flight.
Special Guidelines - Applicable only when you are accommodated at a City Hotel in Doha:
1) You will require an Instant Transit Visa which will be sponsored by the airline. However the visa clearance will be
subject to the instant approval from Doha Immigration (after your arrival in Doha). Therefore once you collect the
STPC voucher from the ‘Transit Accommodation Counter’ of the airline, you will need to proceed to the
Immigration Counters and present the STPC Voucher along with your passport for the instant visa clearance*.
2) The ‘Instant Transit Visas’ for STPC are only provided to customers holding Permanent Passports. Such Visas
are not approved by Immigration for customers holding ‘Temporary Passports’ or ‘Temporary Travel Documents’
and in such circumstances, this STPC confirmation will become invalid or withdrawn.
3) You will be provided complimentary ‘Airport-Hotel-Airport’ transfers in Doha. See key points below:
a) For the Airport to Hotel transfer, the hotel's representative will be waiting for you near the Arrival Exit or at
the dedicated counter of the concerned hotel (located after the Immigration Area).
b) For the Hotel to Airport transfer, Reporting time at the Airport is 3 hours prior to the departure time for USA
bound flights and 2 hours prior to for all other destinations.
General Guidelines - Applicable for all STPC Customers:
1) Your baggage will be through-checked in to your final destination. Therefore, we recommend that anything you
may need during your transit stay in Doha, such as medication etc. should be placed in your cabin baggage or
hand luggage.
2) This STPC Confirmation Receipt is applicable for the above mentioned travel details. The confirmation will
become invalid if the flight number/date/timing is different from the travel details mentioned in this document.
3) The Hotel Accommodation is provided only when the connection time is between 8 and 24 hours at Doha. If there
is a change in the Flight Schedule (either triggered by the airline or by the guest) and the new connection time in
Doha becomes less than 8 hours or more than 24 hours then the existing STPC Confirmation will automatically
stand withdrawn and become invalid.
4) The STPC Charges (if paid additionally whenever applicable) are non-refundable if the claim for refund is being
made later than 24 hours prior to the applicable start date/time of this STPC booking or after the travel date as
seen in this ‘STPC Confirmation Receipt’ has passed.
