Terms of Agreement
Authorization
Customer is engaging Invictus Solutions, as an independent contractor for the specific project outlined
below:
Customer Ecommerce website development, deployment, hosting, & support
Completion
Invictus Solutions, and Customer must work together to complete the project in a timely manner.
Invictus Solutions agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than 39 working days
(depending on date of acceptance of agreement)
Payment
Fees to Invictus Solutions are due in accordance with the above listed pricing table. Fees for monthly
services will be invoices on the 1st business day of each calendar month, and are due on a net-10 basis.
All payments will be made in Cash.
50% Onetime fee will be charged at start of every Phase and remaining 50% on Completion of the
phase.
If payment is being made within Pakistan, Local Applicable tax will be added to the Quote.
If payment is being made from outside of Pakistan, then customer will pay quoted price.
Revision During Execution
Customer may be charged additional fees if it decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope
and objectives.
Legal & License
Invictus Solutions warrants that the functionality contained in this project will meet Customer
requirements and that the operation will be reasonably error-free.
