Customer requires to build its ecommerce website. To make it user friendly and upgrade it with all the
latest features. This website will allow to expose customer brand to organic audiences via search engines,
leverage digital advertising to boost lead generation, and deploy content marketing to build brand
awareness and authority and in return increase sales.
Solution Outline
Invictus Solutions will build your website using the Laravel Frame work. Laravel Framework is used by
more than a million brands around the world, and is known for its ease of use, security, and scalability.
Website will allow you to do the following once your website is launched:
Easily update page content and images
Integrate with analytics software to track page and site performance
Post new content to your company blog
We propose that your site be hosted with our hosting. This will ensure that your website is capable of

Terms of Agreement
Authorization
Customer is engaging Invictus Solutions, as an independent contractor for the specific project outlined
below:
Customer Ecommerce website development, deployment, hosting, & support
Completion
Invictus Solutions, and Customer must work together to complete the project in a timely manner.
Invictus Solutions agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than 39 working days
(depending on date of acceptance of agreement)
Payment
Fees to Invictus Solutions are due in accordance with the above listed pricing table. Fees for monthly
services will be invoices on the 1st business day of each calendar month, and are due on a net-10 basis.
All payments will be made in Cash.
50% Onetime fee will be charged at start of every Phase and remaining 50% on Completion of the
phase.
If payment is being made within Pakistan, Local Applicable tax will be added to the Quote.
If payment is being made from outside of Pakistan, then customer will pay quoted price.
Revision During Execution
Customer may be charged additional fees if it decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope
and objectives.
Legal & License
Invictus Solutions warrants that the functionality contained in this project will meet Customer
requirements and that the operation will be reasonably error-free.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the project is with Customer. In no event will Invictus
Solutions be liable to Customer or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings
or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to
operate the website, even if Invictus Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Copyrights & Trademarks
Customer represents to Invictus Solutions and unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished
to Invictus Solutions. for inclusion in the project are owned by Customer, or that Customer has
permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and
defend Invictus Solutions and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such
elements furnished by Customer.
Copyright to Project
Invictus Solutions guarantees that all aspects of design and construction of the project will be disclosed
to Customer upon completion, and full code, copyrights and ownership will be the sole property of
Customer. Invictus Solutions retains the right to display graphics and other design elements as examples
of its work in its portfolio.
Sole Agreement
The agreement contained in this Contract constitutes the sole agreement between Invictus Solutions and
Customer regarding this project. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a
written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honoured for three (3) months after both
parties sign this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.
Initial Payment & Refund Policy
This agreement begins with an initial payment indicated in the pricing table above.
If Customer halts work and applies for a refund within 4 days, work completed shall be billed at the hourly
rate of 15 USD per Hour, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to
Customer. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered
by the initial payment, Customer shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated

above. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless requested within 4 days of signing this
contract.
