3500 PBV will qualify for Qualified Star Agent(QSA). and

1. Retail Profit upto 60%
Direct profit for distributers is when they sell EVER YOUNG Organic products to non EVER YOUNG Organic members.
Retail profit is the difference between distributor price and retail price.
2. Group Bonus (24%-39%)
To be entitled for this Group Bonus, you have mandatory to maintain every month 3500 PBV and then you can achieve
next level.

4. Royalty Income 2%
When you achieve the Qualified Gold Star Level of the EVER YOUNG Organic then you are
eligible to get Royalty Income , i.e 2% of total EVER YOUNG ORGANIC Business Volume
on that particular month. Any 5 QSA’s in First Generation must be active every month
consecutively for 3 months only then Qualified Gold Star/Stars will be eligible for
Royalty Income.

5. Education Fund 2%
EVER YOUNG Organic provides Education Fund to qualified Manager Star Agent.
Education fund has been fixed for education related programs . The education
fund will be used only for Training Education fixed by the EVER YOUNG Organic
from time to time and can not be postponed to the next following year. To Education
programs , one must maintain one Qualified Gold Star Agent every month
consecutively for three months .
** PGBV is inclusive of PBV (i.e. 500PBV + 3000 GBV) Or self generated 3500 PBV or
and he/she will also achieve 500 PBV and 3000 GBV or PBV 3500 which should be Less than or equal to 36% leve
# For QGS and above ,from his/her downline if a new QGS created then a one QSA will be reduced automatically &

6. Seminar Travelling Fund 2%
EVER YOUNG Organic provides Traveling Fund to qualified Senior Manager Star Agent.
Traveling fund has been fixed for seminars related tours & travels . The traveling
fund will be used only for trips fixed by the EVER YOUNG Organic from time to
time and can not be postponed to the next following year. To enjoy Traveling Fund
, one must maintain Two Qualified Gold Star Agents every month consecutively for
three months. The Traveling Fund is computed by a point sharing system based on
the Traveling Fund points earned by the Qualifiers each month as per formula
shown below :

7. Self Development Fund 2%
EVER YOUNG Organic provides Self Development Fund to all the Qualified Chief
Manager Star Agents. 2% of the total monthly Sales volumes of the EVER YOUNG
Organic will be distributed amongst all the Qualifiers. The Self Development Fund
will given to all Qualified Chief Manager Star Agents and they must maintain Three
Qualified Gold Star Agents every month consecutively for three month. The qualifier
will keep on enjoying. Then a qualified Chief Manager Star Agent will be qualified for
the self Development Fund.
The Self Development Fund is computed by a point sharing system based on the Self
Development Fund points earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown
below :

8. Car Fund 2%
EVER YOUNG Organic Provides Car Fund to all Qualified Deputy General Manager Star Agent.
2% of the Total Monthly Business Volumes of your team will be distributed amongst
all the Qualifiers. The car fund will be given to all Qualified Deputy General Manager Star Agents
and they must maintain four Qualifier Gold star agents consecutively for three
months. The Qualifier will keep on enjoying car fund they must have Four Qualified
Gold Star Agents or above every month. An associate Qualifying for the car fund
has to purchase a car with in a period of three months . During the period, the fund
earned by the Qualifier will be held by the EVER YOUNG Organic and will be paid to the Qualifier
only when he/she purchases a car approved by the company. The Car Fund is computed
by a point sharing system based on the Car Fund points earned by the Qualifiers
each month as per formula shown below :

9. House Fund 2%
EVER YOUNG Organic provides House Fund to all the Qualified General Manager Star
Agents. 2% of the total monthly Sales volumes of the your team will be distributed
amongst all the Qualifiers. The House Fund will given to all Qualified General
Manager Star Associates and they must maintain five Qualified Gold Star Agents
every month consecutively for three months . The qualifier will keep on enjoying
House Fund. A Qualified General Manager Star Agent will be qualified for the
house fund has to purchase a house within a period of six months. During the period ,
the fund earned by the qualifier will be held back by the EVER YOUNG Organic and will be
paid to the qualifier only when he/she wiil purchase a house approved by the company. The
House Fund is computed by a point sharing system based or the House Fund points
earned by the qualifiers each month as per formula shown below :
