Qualité: est un mot-clé, qui hélas à trop souvent perdu de sa signification. Nous nous

efforçons dans notre entreprise de redonner à ce mot, toute sa valeur. Dans l'élaboration de nos

produits, nous appliquons les directives européennes, et modifions rapidement ces dernières

en cas de nécessité, afin de rester toujours au «top». Il est important de souligner que tous nos

bijoux sont sans nickel.

Bijoux d’ongle

Nos bijoux sont fabriqués de façon classique par le système de fonte

centrifugée. Les photos de ces deux pages, montrent le très grand savoir

faire que nécessite la production de ces pièces et donc les connaissances et

capacités dont doivent faire preuve nos collaborateurs.

Après élaboration du modèle, on crée un moule en caoutchouc, à partir

duquel sont fabriqués des modèles en cire. Ceux-ci sont assemblés avec

soin, afin d'obtenir une grappe de cire. Cela nécessite une très grande

précision, afin de ne pas modifier la courbure, ce qui entraînerait une

mauvaise adaption sur votre ongle. Nous prenons comme référence la

moyenne des tips internationaux, les plus courants, ce qui garantit une

proprement, on peut à ce moment-là et pour la première fois, admirer

la pièce sous sa forme brute. Mais avant d'en arriver à ce point, iI faut

séparer la coulée d'or du plâtre, ceci se faisant au moyen d 'un

sablage.

Arrivé à ce stade de la fabrication, il faut séparer les différentes pièces les unes des autres. Ce

procédé demande également beaucoup de précision et d'adresse. En effet on peut endommager

(tordre ou couper) la pièce avec la pince coupante, ce qui serait dommage après tous ces efforts et

entraînerait un surcoût du bijou.

Le risque de commettre une erreur, n'est pas exclu à ce stade.

L'étape suivante consistera à libérer les pièces une par une de la grappe et de les nettoyer. Puis

ces pièces seront polies dans un cylindre. On insérera également des pierres précieuses, puis la

pièce sera définitivement polie. Ces étapes étant réalisées à la main.

Chaque bijou aura parcouru un long chemin et sera maintenant prêt à

être placé dans son étui et à être expédié. Lequel décorera

votre ongle? Ce sera à vous de le déterminer. Nous espérons, que

catalog. All jewelry shown in this catalog is 14ct (585/1000) Yellow Gold. On request you can order the complete

Collection in With Gold. (Wight Gold is based on Palladium)Yellow and With Gold color used is selected to match top

European Jewelry Houses. In addition it is possible to obtain all in Platinum. Please ad +/- 2Weeks delivery to our normal

delivery times. Your Nail-Technician can inform you on this. We wish you a lot of fun and pleasure with this jewelry

collection.

Quality is a word that has experienced lot's of misuse in the past and has lost its meaning in many ways , for

which it should stand. Jeromin strives to give this word a new home and worthy place within its organization. Our

production we keep up to EU Regulations and always strive to react quickly on changes to keep up to the newest

standards . Here we wish to mention that all our products are free of Nickel . For our Tools we only use Surgical-Nickel.

The jewelry is made in the classic way of centrifugal casting.The images on

this page show the high degree of skill, that is needed for the production,

and the high precision that is required in manufacturing our products. All is

hand made.

First we make a Prime-Model in actual size. From this Model we then make a

Rubber mould with which we now make the needed amount of waxes. These

waxes are then mounted to a wax tree. Here we need to take care not to

damage the waxes or bend them out of shape and alter the C-Curve. To

establish the C-Curve we take the most common international used Tips as

The wax trees are now placed is flasks and filled up with investment . This is

controlled automatically by the mashie vacuum assisted. The investment

needs to dry and harden before we go into the next step.

After having time to harden we prepare to set the flasks in an oven to heat them

up and let the wax melt and run out of the flask. This usually happens over night

then being ready in the morning for casting .

After the wax has molten and run out of the flask ,the machine is

prepared for casting. The flasks are placed in the machine and the

Gold that has been calculated (the amount needed )Is held ready.

This is the stage were the Gold becomes it wanted shape.

That shape that the wax has left behind . Using vacuum or centrifugal

method , the Gold takes up the hollow are in the flask. After this step

we very close to seeing the Jewelry-Piece the first time. In gold.

Before we can see the gold pieces we need to remove the hardened investment around the gold

core the gold tree. The individual branches are now separated from the core , are cut of. Then the

individual peaces are separated from the groups. At this stage we need to work carefully not to

damage the relative small pieces when cutting. It would be a shame to course damage after all the

work that has taken place. On the working bench the single Jewelry pieces are now brought closer

to the finishing.

We now remove the last traces from casting , clean the underside, the

edges , and the most important top (visual) area . More and more

concentration is being asked , as the progress is moving on. When

setting or adding stones the peace could be bend out of shape to make

all the work undone The jewelry piece has now gone a long way . After

the last quality check it will take its place in on of Jeromin´s Etuis to be

ready for shipping into the world of beauty. We have taken up most care
