Instructor Led Training (Classroom Training)
Instructor Led Training (ILT) usually refers to traditional classroom training, in which an instructor
teaches a course to a classroom of learners. This interactive, engaging learning environment allows
participants to ask questions, role-play, practice as they learn, share lessons learned, and network
with colleagues. The main areas of Instructor Led Training are; FYZICAL Lab, Orthopedics, Balance
and Pelvic Health.
Webinar Training (Virtual Training)
A Webinar is a training session held via the Internet in real time. An Internet connection and audio is
required. Students will receive an email that provides them a link to access the webinar along with
login information. Students should plan to login at least 15 minutes early to ensure all systems are
working properly and allow time to troubleshoot any challenges prior to the start of the webinar.
Self-Paced Online Learning
Self-Paced Online Learning (SPO) can be accessed anytime from any computer, tablet, or mobile
device with internet access. Courses may be completed more than once. Even after students have
completed a course, students can go back at any time and refresh their knowledge. A strong component
of online training is video-based learning. An internet connection and audio is required.

CONCUSSION:
An Evidence-Based Course
for Maximal Results
About this class
Each year, millions of children, adults and seniors sustain concussion. When this occurs, it is not uncommon
to develop headaches, changes in mood, visual and cognitive changes, fatigue, migraine/headaches, cervical
pain, and vestibular dysfunction. The purpose of this course is to prepare practitioners with the tools to
improve quality of care and have clinical guidelines and treatment algorithms to return the patient safely back
to sport, home, or work. Current evidence supports multi-modal approach using clinical trajectories. This two
day course will review the history, physiological, and recent advances in the diagnosis and management. For
each clinical trajectory, a comprehensive assessment with validated objective test will be implemented to get
the practitioner comfortable with administration and rehabilitation as needed. Course participants will use
vestibular, visual, cervical and exertional rehabilitation strategies to treat concussion injuries effectively to
insure recurrent symptomology does not return.
