than any nation. Vegan foods bring a whole new<br />

experience in textures and flavours.<br />

Try grains, rice and beans for texture, mushrooms and tomato for a<br />

savoury flavour, or roasting, grilling and smoking vegetables to bring<br />

new flavour bursts and colour to your culinary creations.<br />

We asked Creative Foods Senior Development Manager Matt Cox<br />

to craft some simple yet enticing Vegan menu ideas from our great<br />

vegan range especially to help you get Veganuary off to flying start.<br />

Falafel, Houmous, onion rings, bread<br />

brushed with garlic oil, olives, orzo<br />

pasta salad, sundried tomato red<br />

pepper relish.<br />

6. Korean glazed falafel the base<br />

place on top 3 warm falafel tossed in<br />

the House of Lords Korean BBQ sauce<br />

finish with chopped chilli sesame<br />

seeds and fresh coriander. Serve in a<br />

take out box noodle salad on.<br />

7. Falafel salsa sub Toss some falafel<br />

in a Love Sauce spicy salsa arrange<br />

mix in a sub roll or panini. With some<br />

vegan cheese slices<br />

8. Bombay Frittata Using the<br />

Bombay potato salad make a frittata<br />

adding some peas and sweetcorn.<br />

9. Cauliflower steak Pan fry a<br />

cauliflower steak in some chilli oil.<br />

Top with Love Sauce burger relish<br />

and applewood vegan cheese finish<br />

cooking in an oven until steak is<br />

cooked through and cheese has<br />

melted.<br />
