Pamela M. Macias, UDA

Pamela Macias is a San Diego County License and Registered Unlawful Detainer

Assistant (License #12). She primarily focuses on landlord/tenant matters and

she is very effective in regaining possession of her clients’ properties and also has

an excellent record in placing qualified tenants in her clients’ properties once the

eviction has been completed.

In 2015, Pamela had the privilege of having her service chosen by the County of

San Diego Sheriff’s Department, Pauma Valley Division, to complete an extremely

difficult and complicated eviction for them. Pamela has also had the privilege of

working along side the San Diego City Attorney’s Office in completing several

evictions. She had received recognition of her excellent services by their office

and was then recommended to be placed on the City’s Real Estate Asset list as a

recommended provider to bid on real estate related contracts.

Pamela enjoys working alongside her supervising attorney, Andrew H. Griffin, III, in

researching and working through extremely difficult cases, especially Code Compliance

Violation properties, and prides herself in creating a resolve for all her clients.
