3:15 – 5:15 pm Golf Events Discussion

Event Background
ᵒ Provide information about the following: Event
history, market, sponsor levels, net raised in the last
three years, expense ratio.
On the Right Track
ᵒ Describe how the event excels and the reasons why
people want to support and attend it year over year.
Event Improvements
ᵒ What are the areas where the event is struggling?
Fish Bowl Opportunity
ᵒ Directions: As the group is listening, attendees will
write notes about what the events could do to help
grow revenue and attract new sponsors and supporters.
Conclusion
ᵒ Share golf best practices and recognize the tournaments
that are utilizing these standards and achieving results.
