On the Right Track
ᵒ Describe how the event excels and the reasons why
people want to support and attend it year over year.
Event Improvements
ᵒ What are the areas where the event is struggling?
Fish Bowl Opportunity
ᵒ Directions: As the group is listening, attendees will
write notes about what the events could do to help
grow revenue and attract new sponsors and supporters.
Conclusion
ᵒ Share golf best practices and recognize the tournaments
that are utilizing these standards and achieving results.

for 2020.
Open discussion on strategy to host calls (specific time of year,
Guest speakers, agenda, resources shared pre/post calls)

Discuss next steps, debrief on overall meeting
