Why use the PNP90?
• There is less surface preparation as transport primer, sealer or stone chips (on sills) do not have
to be removed and no weld thru primer applied unlike spot welding.
(Repair times are being reduced for the cold repair process)
• Better for corrosion warranty as e-coatings are not removed or burned away
• As there is no heat generated with rivets they can join UHSS/BORON steels without weakening
the steel
• Unlike spot welding, riveting does not cause sparks avoiding damage to interiors and glass
• Holds structural adhesive in place as it cures
• Easy removal of Rivet Clamp by releasing locking pins

Pressing Out Rivets
Old or defective rivets must be
removed from the sheet metal when
repairing panels. Using the extraction
die and mandrel, these can be
pressed out, minimising damage and
avoiding drilling of the rivet.
Flow Form Rivets
Using the punch and die, you can set
flow form rivets without even drilling
the panel, both piercing the panel
and closing the rivet in one seamless
operation.
