When it comes to Day 2 Services from simple service

requests and warranties to complex Moves,

Adds, and Changes, completing tasks quickly is our

specialty.

At Fluid, each service account is assigned their own

MAC Lead. Your MAC Lead is accountable for all

aspects of your service requests – a single point of

contact for the daily needs that come up.

Fluid Interiors has significantly set and raised the bar as it relates

to outsourced facilities maintenance. SPS Commerce completes

over 2,000 employee workstation moves annually, and we have

streamlined the process to where we’ve saved countless overtime

hours of staff working weekends, to having Fluid handle all of the

details of our employee moves. We’re hoping to integrate their

system to our OfficeSpace system so data is entered once for a

move, and that’s it. In my 16 years with SPS Commerce, this has by

far been the most shored up and efficient process I’ve had a hand in

changing, and I’m incredibly proud to call Fluid a facilities partner.
