2019 Appreciation and Service Banquet
Beginning in 2018 the City began hosting an annual banquet to recognize
the service of all City employees. Service awards are given at 5 year marks.
Additionally, during the development of the FY 2019-2020 budget, the City
Council desired to provide a lump sum longevity bonus to each employee
that had been employed wih the City at least one year. Three tiers were
created, and the amount was adopted into the budget. These gift cards were
distributed prior to this evening’s banquet.
The Borger City Council, Eddie, Garrett and the entire City Administration
would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your service to the City.
We appreciate all the work that you do to serve our citizens and make our
community a better place. We look forward to the continued progress we
will all make working together!
