2019 Appreciation and Service BanquetBeginning in 2018 the City began hosting an annual banquet to recognizethe service of all City employees. Service awards are given at 5 year marks.Additionally, during the development of the FY 2019-2020 budget, the CityCouncil desired to provide a lump sum longevity bonus to each employeethat had been employed wih the City at least one year. Three tiers werecreated, and the amount was adopted into the budget. These gift cards weredistributed prior to this evening’s banquet.The Borger City Council, Eddie, Garrett and the entire City Administrationwould like to take this opportunity to thank you for your service to the City.We appreciate all the work that you do to serve our citizens and make ourcommunity a better place. We look forward to the continued progress wewill all make working together!
