The Indian Craft Village is a vision for a
contemporary multi purpose retail and
hospitality hub that caters to the best
in terms of shopping and staying. The
complext includes a mall, hotel and
commercial spaces along with a
movie theatre complex for PVR cinemas.
The speciality of course remains to the fact
that a lot of local indian brands and
artisans will get the platform they desrve.
In its core, this mall will help market all the
unnoticed and underrated talents which
need a platform to establosh themselves.
The lattice structure, which is the most
iconic element of the mall is an elaborate
statement of interwaeving the smallest
local artisan making beautiful pottery to
the biggest mammoth brands in the world.
To tie up and create a global chain for
everyone is the theme that the installation
portrays.

Mironi Riverfront is a 5 Acre development
on the banks of the Mahanadi River
on a site proposed next to the Mironi
flyover that crosses through the river
onto the neighbouring Banks. The site
consists of an office with spaces for
Hospitality and Banquet events. There
is a museum/exhibition space built next
to it which faces the river. There are 2
Amphitheatres on site and a massive
Landscape trail which flows all throughout
The site in meandering curves taking the
Viewer on a journey. The site is bicycle
friendly with app controlled stands which
can be used and parked on site.

PEACOCK FARMHOUSE
The original farmhouse was
built in the early 1900s and
recently the propoerty got
divided among the two
the family. The
residence was restored and
refurbished to add some
flavor to the exisitng
heritage. The 2.15 acre site
was generously filled with
plantation and landscaping
to be able to bring to life
the vision of the client. The
theme of site is a bit of
different things. A bit of
earthiness and organic feel
mixed with luxury and a
minimal contemporary style
all bound by the lush green
surrounding.

Unlike the defined jogging track the
Landscape park is a meandering walk
surrounded by plants. The plantation has
been designed to attract more fauna and
provide a beautiful landscape to explore.

India, Calcutta Club is a social club
With immense historic and heritage
value. It houses a central building
with its popular presidential suites
Hosting wealthy and important guests,

The building is to be restored to its original
state with minor changes and additions.
The current pool house hosts a pool,
Bar and other facilities that are to be restored
And redesigned to house multiple new restaurants,
A bar and other entertainment facilities. Alongside
The poolhouse a new 8 storey hotel is proposed
For the club to extend its reach beyond simply the
Highly Exclusive presidential suites. It is an overall
Makeover to a historic building.
