BABY AND ME
BABY & ME

Instructor: Orlando Repertory Theatre
Each class is uniquely themed and includes music, expressive
movement, and dramatic play between you and your baby,
as well as with other parents and child pairs. Parents,
Grandparents, or Caregivers welcome.
BUGGY BLASTERS

Join us for a fun 60-minute, full-body workout created
especially for moms to do with their kids! Expect cardio,
toning, and strength training, along with songs, games, and
fun to entertain your little one. You are encouraged to bring
a pair of Arm Resistance Bands to use during each class.
Children must be in stroller during workout.

CREATE AND EDUCATE
