PURCHASING ROYAL & LANGNICKEL PRODUCTS
We’ve built an extensive network of knowledgeable distributors and dealers
around the world. Look for our products at fine retailers where you purchase art
supplies. If you are unable to locate a retailer near you, visit royalbrush.com to
purchase products.

department at 800-247-2211 for complete details. We accept all major credit
cards. Terms will be set upon completion and approval of a credit application.
We reserve the right to limit the number of dealers and distributors in an area
or region.
Shipping
If specific shipping preferences are not requested, orders will ship by the most
economical method. Express delivery and international services are available.
We make every effort to pack items so they are in perfect condition when they
reach you. Please inspect shipment for concealed damage upon arrival.
Returns
All returns require prior approval and a RMA number from our customer service
department. Royal & Langnickel will replace or credit defective merchandise,
items sent in error or subject to a freight claim through properly reported loss
or damage while in transit. Royal & Langnickel is not responsible for damages
incurred in return transit. Please take care in packaging items prior to return
shipment. Customer is responsible for freight charges and insurance. We will not
accept returned merchandise without prior approval or items shipped C.O.D.
or collect.
Claims
If damage is apparent at time of delivery, inspect packages and alert carrier.
Please note the number of packages, condition and any missing items when
signing for delivery. Also alert our customer service staff of damages or
missing items within seven days of delivery.
Backorder
In an effort to best service our customers, Royal Brush will no longer retain back
orders.
Exceptions:
• Brush Rack Assortments that did not ship
complete. The missing items will be shipped
domestic free freight as soon as they
become available.
• Pre-Order for new items that are not yet
available. These items will ship once in stock.
3 rd Party Warehouse Fulfillment
To qualify:
1. E-Commerce Retailers must carry product on
their website.
2. Catalog House must carry product in
their catalog.
3. Brick or Morter stores must carry product
in their stores.
Order process requirements:
1. Items must be ordered in full case quantities and
meet minimum order value.
2. Carton labels must be submitted at the same
time the order is placed.
3. Standard order process time is 7-14 days.
