manufacturing and artist supplies, today announced the acquisition of Bee Paper® and <strong>Pentalic</strong>® brands<br />
from C2F® – a multi-generational fine art supply distributor.<br />
The “Bee Paper® and <strong>Pentalic</strong>® missions of serving the creative markets with innovative and quality<br />
products align with our core objective to expand our professional grade papers and supplies,” said George<br />
Dovellos, President of Royal Brush Mfg., Inc. “We have no plans to change the products within either line,<br />
rather our immediate focus will be on replenishing inventory and distribution to meet continued demand. We<br />
are actively working to transition and integrate these brands into our company and will update as product is<br />

European milled, acid free paper provides the perfect weight and texture for watercolor<br />
journaling. Each Aqua Journal is bound in a landscape format with six signatures so that<br />
the book lays flat when open. An elastic brush holder is positioned at the top of the book<br />
and is designed to hold a Connoisseur Kolinsky Sable Travel Brush. The Aqua Journal is<br />
fitted with our signature ribbon marker, elastic band closure and storage pocket in the back<br />
of the book. The midnight blue cover material is manufactured in Europe. 48 pages.<br />

Purchasing Royal & Langnickel Products<br />
We’ve built an extensive network of knowledgeable<br />
distributors and dealers around the world. Look for<br />
our products at fine retailers where you purchase art<br />
supplies. If you are unable to locate a retailer near you,<br />
visit royalbrush.com to purchase products.<br />
Join Our Family<br />
To become a distributor or dealer, please contact our<br />
customer service department for complete details. We<br />
accept all major credit cards. Terms will be set upon<br />
completion and approval of a credit application. We<br />
reserve the right to limit the number of dealers and<br />
distributors in an area or region.<br />
Shipping<br />
If specific shipping preferences are not requested, orders<br />
will ship by the most economical method. Express<br />
delivery and international services are available. We<br />
make every effort to pack items so they are in perfect<br />
condition when they reach you. Please inspect shipment<br />
for concealed damage upon arrival.<br />
Returns<br />
All returns require prior approval and a RMA number<br />
from our customer service department. Royal &<br />
Langnickel will replace or credit defective merchandise,<br />
items sent in error or subject to a freight claim through<br />
properly reported loss or damage while in transit. Royal<br />
& Langnickel is not responsible for damages incurred in<br />
return transit. Please take care in packaging items prior<br />
to return shipment. Customer is responsible for freight<br />
charges and insurance. We will not accept returned<br />
merchandise without prior approval or items shipped<br />
C.O.D. or collect.<br />
Claims<br />
If damage is apparent at time of delivery, inspect<br />
packages and alert carrier. Please note the number of<br />
packages, condition and any missing items when signing<br />
for delivery. Also alert our customer service staff of<br />
damages or missing items within seven days of delivery.<br />
Backorders<br />
In an effort to best service our customers, Royal Brush<br />
will no longer retain back orders.<br />
Exceptions:<br />
• Brush Rack Assortments that did not ship complete.<br />
The missing items will be shipped domestic free<br />
freight as soon as they become available.<br />
• Pre-Order for new items that are not yet available.<br />
These items will ship once in stock.<br />
3 rd Party Warehouse Fulfillment<br />
To qualify:<br />
1. E-Commerce Retailers must carry product on their<br />
website.<br />
2. Catalog House must carry product in their catalog.<br />
3. Brick & Mortar stores must carry product in their<br />
stores.<br />
Order process requirements:<br />
1. Items must be ordered in full case quantities and<br />
meet minimum order value.<br />
2. Carton labels must be submitted at the same time<br />
the order is placed.<br />
3. Standard order process time is 7-14 days.<br />
