“overlay” designation (2014) that enables<br />

artists to have home-based studios in specified<br />

areas <strong>of</strong> historic neighborhoods. An artist is<br />

defined by <strong>the</strong> Enclave as an individual who<br />

practices and/or who creates a product in one<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> following categories: Fine Art, Craft Art,<br />

AMERICA’S SOUTHEAST CENTER FOR CLAY<br />
