310 Please be careful with fitting. There must be enough centering on the wheel hub (approx 2mm).

311 NOT in combination with steel wheels.

312 Only for front axle.

313 Chamfer of the rim at least 5x45°, length of wheel hub max. 13,0mm.

314 Made of steel.

315 Use only with wheel-tire combination that is quoted in the certificate.

316 Original threaded wheel studs must be shortened by approxemately 12mm. This is the same like the area without thread. Minimum thread engagement is 7.5 turns.

317 ATTENTION: Installation only with wheels which have cut outs on the rear of the wheel.

318 If the car is equipped with additional wheel hub caps this caps possibly have to be removed and have to be replaced by other sealing measures. The wheel spacer disc must fit the wheel hub without any play or float.

319 M14x1.5 bolts must be used to mount the wheel on the AZX-wheel spacer. Seat and shaft length of the bolts must match the actual used wheel bolts. Applies only to system AZX.

320 „ST shaft nuts with a 60° taper seat must be used to mount the wheel. The mounting holes of the wheel must have 60° taper seat, too. Additionally please check before assembly if the shaft of the ST shaft nut fits through the

mounting holes of the wheel. ST shaft nuts can only be used in combination with system DZX. ST shaft nuts must be ordered seperately.

ATTENTION! Pleases consider minimum thread engagement.

M12x1.25 at least 12.0 turns (15mm supporting thread)

M12x1.50 at least 10.0 turns (15mm supporting thread)

M14x1.50 at least 12.5 turns (19mm supporting thread)

1/2“ at least 12.0 turns (16mm supporting thread)“

321 For system AZX ST threaded bolts have to be ordered separately. The thread of the ST threaded bolts has to be similar to the one of the original knurled studs.

322 Not for vehicles with 4WD.

323 Attention: Due to the flat seated rim holes, the ST shaft lug nuts equipped with 60° taper seat can not be used. Instead, longer wheel studs have to be used for mounting the rim with the original flat seated wheel nuts.

324 ATTENTION: M12x1.25 bolts must be used to mount the wheel on the wheel spacer. Seat and shaft length of the bolts must match the actual used wheel bolts.

325 Steel cores have to be mounted for extending the centering. If the car is serially equipped with grease caps, they have to be removed before mounting the steel core and fixed to the cores afterwards.

The steel cores are included in the scope of delivery.

326 Attention: For rim holes with a diameter bigger than 17mm, the ST shaft lug nuts M12x1,5 / M12x1,25 and 1/2“ UNF can not be used. Longer wheel studs are needed for mounting the rims with the original wheel nuts.

327 Two-piece spacer disc with steel centering.

328 Please consider the maximum wheel load. Not suitable for all car models (please compare the data mentioned in your vehicle registration document part 1 under no. 7.2 and 8.2 with the data stated in the parts approval).

329 Please consider the maximum total offset as well as all references stated in the parts approval. The total offset is the difference between the offset of the wheel and the width of the spacer disc (for example: Rim inset 35mm /

wheel spacer width 15mm = total inset of 20mm).

330 Not suitable for vehicles with slots in the centering collar.

ABE Vehicle Type Approval: When using the specified tire- / wheel combinations and the standard wheels, a presentation or acceptance by an expert is not necessary. Vehicle Type Approval documents have to be kept in the vehicle.

The delivery content includes wheel bolts.

ABE* „The proper condition of the vehicle needs to be confirmed by a officially authorized expert or inspector for vehicle traffic or a member of a supervisory organization according to the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations,

Section 4 of Appendix VIIIb, stating the vehicle manufacturer, vehicle type and vehicle identification number.“

§19.3 Presentation of the vehicle at an expert. No need to register into vehicle documents.

§21 For applications which are listed with §21, an individual inspection by an officially recognized expert for motor vehicle traffic is necessary. The acceptance of wheel spacers is made under consideration of the allowed change in

spacer width of 2% or 4%.

i.p. In preparation (parts certificate in preparation, an approval according to §21 is possible).

A1/A2

For systems A1 and A2 the necessary screws/nuts for fitment of the spacers to the hub are included in delivery. To fix the wheel to the spacer use the original screws/nuts. System A1: Warning! It is absolutely necessary to check

that the bolts used are not too long. Before assembly check that the wheel bolts do not protrude beyond the wheel spacer (sample mounting on the rim). System A2: For vehicles with studs, make sure that the original bolts do

not extend beyond the wheel spacer, except those used on wheels with corresponding holes. (see pictures Abb. 1/2/3/4)
