Meet our students in exiting formats
Career Fair
Present your company during the career fair with a company stand and
advertise your employer brand in direct conversations!
Company Presentation
Pitch your company in a 20-minute session - Present your business projects,
career opportunities or daily life at work.
Interviews
Conduct 1:1 interviews in your separate room. Use the format as a recruiting
interview for internships and entry level positions or as a first point of
contact!
Round Table Discussions
In two 45-minute sessions with 20 pre-selected students - you choose the
topic of the group discussions.
Company Speed-Dating
In this cool ice-breaker session you can meet talents, whom you may not have
on your list – and vice versa! Introduce your company within 5 minutes!

Select promising candidates
You choose your candidates beforehand - we will take care of the
candidate management and create your individual schedule for the day.
During the Recruiting Days, you can expect to meet more than 700 students from our various
Programmes, including:
Bachelor in Management, Master in Management, Master in International Sales Management, Master
in International Sustainability Management, Master in Stategy and Digital Business, Master in
Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Innovation and Master of Business Administration
Dive into the ESCP Europe Community
Chat with students, colleagues and alumni, or enjoy a coffee in our Networking
Lounge.
At the Networking Event on Thursday night, you can mingle with with HR colleagues,
our campus dean, professors and programme managers and selected ESCP Alumni.
Friday’s After Event Party will take place at a Berlin club. Celebrate with students,
colleagues and ESCP staff!
