CROSSLINE OR INLINE?
The powerful motors of the EKS models are
arranged in the classic way at right angles
to the guide bar (crossline), whereas the
motor in the EKI and battery model is fitted
longitudinally (inline). This offers advantages
in terms of weight distribution, thus allowing
cutting without fatigue even when working
over long periods.
