10 minutes from Umhlanga Hospital and Medical Centre, the new Gateway Hospital
and Gateway Theatre of Shopping. Adding to this is the newly opened Cornubia Mall

playing outside in the garden and veggie patch getting their hands and feet
dirty while learning to respect and appreciate the beauty and role that the
birds, bees and bugs play in nature. In an effort to rekindle this precious and
nostalgic past time, we have created a safe and interactive environment
where children from as young as 3 years old and upwards can get hands on
experience with plants, earth and water - rather than have their eyes glued
to a TV, phone or tablet.
Each Estate also boasts a number of community centres complete with
pools, playgrounds, braai and seating areas.
