Whether it’s gifts, apparel or accessories, our dedicated

SHIPPING
We offer fast and free shipping on all orders over £150.00. For all orders under £150.00 we charge a flat
rate of £6.95. Shipping times: UK – up to 2 days, EU – up to 5 days.
SET UP CHARGES
Set up charges vary depending on the type of personalisation being applied to the product.
Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
LEAD TIMES
To ensure that production times are kept to a minimum, quick approval of artwork proofs is
recommended. Equally if there are any issues with the supplied proofs then we can work to correct them
immediately.
We know that sometimes things get left to the last minute, which is why we also offer a rush service.
Rush production may incur an additional charge, and is dependent on the order volume and number of
items in the production run. We will however endeavour to do everything we can to fulfil your order. If you
need your order turned around quickly, then please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
So that we can personalise your order quickly and to the highest standards, all logo artwork needs to be
supplied in one of the following formats: .AI / .EPS / .PSD / .SVG / .PDF / .DST
Subject to review by the artwork team, we can also potentially accept the following file types:
.PNG (High res) / .JPG (High res) / .TIFF
If you are unable to supply a suitable artwork, we can offer design services to help create what you need
at additional cost.
