Megalithic Construction is a new player in the
Philippine construction scene aspiring for greatness in
the scale reflective of its own name. We are a
partnership of two engineers with diverse expertise and
experience in construction design and management, and
we are guided by our shared vision of promoting economic
prosperity in and for our nation, for our
principal clients, and for our people.
Applying engineering excellence to every design and
build, we at Megalithic Construction employ the
three-pronged methodical approach of intuitive
problem-solving, sensible phasing and scheduling, and
logical resource and cost management to ensure
maximum construction efficiency in every project —
which benefits the three-stakeholder ecosystem of client,

JASEN NGO
PRESIDENT
An alumnus of Mapúa Institute of Technology, Jasen is
a civil engineer whose first foray into construction
design and management is fit-outs of office spaces
and specialty stores. In 2003, he co-founded Infinite
Edge Construction, Inc. Together with his partner architect
fo the venture, the engineer took on build-and-sell and
design-and-build residential projects.
The family business being in construction material supply, Jasen’s passion for
building was sparked at a very young age, and was compounded by the satisfaction of
every client he has worked with since he started his practice. Jasen’s personal mission of
building quality homes for ever Filipino family began with a dream for his own brood. Now
backed by years of field experience, he is primed to build even bigger.

Also a civil engineer who graduated from Mapúa
Institute of Technology, Ghian Carlo C. Sespeñe has
been actively engaged in a number of major
construction projects locally, with developments ranging
from malls, resorts, warehouses, residential high-rise
towers, and even a provincial roadway.
From a very young age, Ghian has always been fascinated with construction,
particularly structures of megalithic scale. Although he dreamed of becoming an
architect, he ended up pursuing his career as an engineer — motivated by the sense of
fulfillment that comes with projects completed on time and on budget, and at a high standard
of quality and safety. With this new venture, Ghian is out to build bigger and
better structures, through and with his relentless desire for improvement in knowledge,
skill, and methods, not only for himself but for his team.

Dear Partner,
