LEx GlobalCircle Host The LEx GlobalCircle Host (and Co-Host) is a LEx member prepared to leverage their senior-level subject matter-expertise to manage the growth and development of a dedicated sub-community within LEx that has the capacity to materially impact leadership practices, narratives and cultures within their sphere-of-impact. • Responsible for the growth, development and successful operations of their LEx GlobalCircle (GC) • Direct and manage the promotion of membership growth in their GC, in turn driving overall LEx membership • Direct and manage the development of GC programs that will engage members, promote membership growth and further the objectives of their GC • Direct and manage the development of the Missions that will be the instruments of impact in their GC • GC Hosts and Co-Hosts will be members of a dedicated closed community hosted by LEx Centre so that tools, best practices and peer support can be shared. 2. | © Leaders Expedition (LEx) 2019.
LEx GlobalCircle Animator • The engagement of all GC members on the LEx HUB is a critical success factor. Online community engagement is always a challenge that requires persistent, patient and substantive effort. • The Circle Animator is responsible for using all of the features of their GC HUB to engage existing and new members, as best as they can • Circle Animators will be members of a dedicated closed community hosted by LEx Centre so that tools, best practices and peer support can be shared. 2. | © Leaders Expedition (LEx) 2019.
